Beautiful house , kitchen was fully loaded with utilities. The hot tub was not heated but that wasn’t their fault. Heater went out had to order part . But the kids still had fun . Love the place . No problem getting in touch with Tom

The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. We were also able to bring our dog!There were so many things we enjoyed about the house: the pool, wrap around deck, plenty of space for our family to spread out, close to beach access, view of the gulf, the sunsets and more. Tom, the owner, was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

The home is made for families and pets. Plenty of room for all. The pool and spa are great to enjoy and relax. It is easy to say Navarre is a great place for a vacation.

I have a family of ten, 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and one dog. This was our 2nd stay here. It is perfect for us. Wanted to stay in same place next year but it was not available to us.That being said, I was not completely satisfied with our stay this year. One of the main reasons for choosing this site was because of the pool. Unfortunately, they had been having issues with it (this was not relayed to us) and Bertha made an appearance, of which did not help the situation. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. After all the unpacking, the kids got into the pool. They noticed a little algae in the pool, but it wasn't too bad. They swam on Sunday, again just a small amount of algae. Bertha was beginning to make her self known.Monday we went to the beach for a little while and when we returned we noticed that the algae was starting to get worse. So I sent a message off to the owner regarding this. (He did respond telling me that maintenance and pool guys would be coming out to take care of it. Maintenance came on Wednesday, pool guys came on Thursday - we were away at Crab Island.) Tuesday there was no swimming due to the tropical storm. Wednesday, the algae was way worse and no one was able to swim.We were without the use of the pool for 4 days ( not counting the tropical storm). The owner refunded me 100. To me this was an unacceptable amount considering the loss of that many days without the use of the pool. This is not a deal breaker could possibly stay here, again.

We are sorry you experienced an issue with the pool. It is maintained weekly by a pool servicing company and we rely on them to alert us of issues. Yes, they recently had changed out the pump and mother board BUT they indicated weather was impacting water quality. As you mentioned, upon your complaint, we had the company come out to diagnosis and correct the issue.

Property is in a prime location. Easy access to the beach! Any and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We had a big party of 14 plus a dog and there was more than enough room. Loved the convenience of the pool in the evening and for days when some didn’t feel like playing in the sand.

Navarre is a great area, the water is aqua blue, and the beach is sugar white. Fantastic your family and pet enjoyed the space, home, and pool. see you on your next vacation.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Loved the house, pool and hot tub was a big hit with kids and adults! Kitchen was well stocked with salt, pepper, utensils, dishes, etc. great variety of books, games, and information provided for things to do in the area. Could have used an extra blanket in the master which we were able to find in the kids room. Host was very responsive when we had trouble operating the hot tub controls.

We had our family with all our grandkids,ages 1 through 14 with us for a week. This was our second time we stayed here and enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the pool heater but the kids still enjoyed it and Tom was good about trying to resolve it for us. We would stay here again.

Tom was great with communication, house was clean and welcoming. The heating of the pool and spa was kinda complicated. We were there in February so we understood that the pool needed to be heated, however when the pool was heating the spa was cooling off and vise versa. It took a few days to figure things out, but it all worked out. The outside charcoal grill needs to be replaced, but the gas grill worked perfectly. This was a great convenient location, lots of things to do from fishing to shopping and a lot of great restaurants.

This is our second time to stay. Tom is so easy to work with. Quick to reply to messages. The house is perfect for my family. We all enjoy the open floor plan and the heated pool with the hot tub. The parking is great. Easy walk to the beach! We will stay again.

The good: Location is PERFECT. House is very spacious. The bad: Unfortunately the pool was filthy the entire time we were there because the filter was broken. I understand things break but the pool was the reason we booked the house. The only way to communicate with the owner is by email, I asked for a phone call but did not get one. Some communications took more than a day to respond. Beds are rock hard. I would stay here again with an assurance of a functioning pool, and possibly purchasing a mattress topper while I was there.

Sorry, for your inconvience. Yes, the pool filter broke and a part had to be ordered which delayed immediate repair. We have a variety of matresses in the house Firm in the master bedrooms, one foam and one coil in the queen rooms. Some beds have toppers. We try to offer a variety. I appolige I was traveling and internet was not available for immediate replies.

Great property for families of all ages. The house is stocked with just about everything we needed. This is our third year at this house. My adult kids love the hot tub and the grandkids love the pool. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories

Great Family Home!

This was our first time to stay at this beautiful home and it won't be our last. The online pictures really don't do the house justice. It is very open and airy with lots of natural light. The family room is spacious with enough room for everyone to hang out, yet not be in each other's way. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked most of our meals) and we used the grill several times as well. Honestly, we spent most of our time outside either on the deck (both front and back - each had ample seating) and underneath the house. We brought hammocks and using the support poles, strung them up and enjoyed sitting, reading, and of course, napping! There was a pleasant breeze that flowed under the house 24/7 and made the heat bearable. The pool was perhaps the best part of the entire property! It is HUGE! We brought an inflatable volleyball net and basketball goal (which we left there for others to enjoy) and there was plenty of room to hang out in the pool even when others were playing. It is well lit so you can swim after dark as well.There were 11 of us altogether, and we never felt crowded. We all appreciated the fact that the home is on one level. Since we had a 2-year-old and a 9-month-old, I was comforted by the fact that the deck had gates to keep them "contained" and the pool is also surrounded by a fence with a door that locks, but is easy for the "big people" to access.We've already booked our stay for next year!

Family Beach Trip

Fantastic location, quiet area, close to beach access. Beautiful home and owner very responsive. Pool was fantastic, the family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wrap around deck was great. Only negative was the size of one bathroom/shower.

Perfect stay!

My family and I came the week of July 4, 2025, a busy week as far as traffic goes, but for what time we drove, it was fine, just got more congested closer to the holiday. The house is way bigger than we thought. We had plenty of room for the teens and adults. The AC worked very well, as well as the washer and dryer. Oh, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware and serving pieces well over what we have found in past rentals. We had no hiccups at all. The pool was an added plus, although the rain at the beginning of the week messed up the chemicals in the pool, but not so much the hot tub area, where everyone seemed to go. Tom was a fabulous host and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately, which was well appreciated. I would highly recommend this rental. We would certainly stay again if available.

This was our third year staying here. We go every year with kids and grandkids. The house is perfect for large families and multi family groups. And, is very well equipped with everything u would need. The kid room is huge and always a big hit. Tom has added several new bikes that we enjoyed We were concerned about not being on the beach but we leave our chairs/tents and ice chest in car and drive to crossover and pull wagon to beach. No problem at all. And, having our own pool helped make it a great week

Great quiet location
