This place was exceptional! Everything was just as the ad said. Hosts were remarkable with communication and precise check in info. A wonderful place to vacation. It was literally steps from the beach. My two teenage grandsons loved all the amenities that the resort offered. There was so much to do! I particularly liked the private beach access. Not too crowded and loved, LOVED the rooms decor! It was a pleasure to be able to rent this place. Ambrose and Barbie have a perfect little get away and I would love to be able to rent from them again. Great hosts! Thanks Barbie & Ambrose!

We traveled as a family of 4 with my 8 y/o and 4 y/o. I chose this room because of how equipped it was with chairs, toys, umbrellas, kitchen items etc and it did not disappoint! It’s not uncommon when we rent a place that states they have all of these things it’s worn out but everything from the beach items to kitchen items were in great shape! We only packed clothes, toiletries and picked up groceries and needed nothing else. My kids loved the Wii, being close to the beach and the amenities the resort had to offer. Ambrose gave us recommendations when we asked for them and was so helpful and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Ambrose and Barbie's condo is everything (and possibly more!) than described in the listing. It is clean, well equipped and perfectly located at HHB&T. They communicated well before and during my stay. Everything you could want for your stay was provided ... chairs, wagon, beach blankets, even a swatty potty! Everything was well labeled in the condo so there was no question left unanswered! I highly recommend this condo. The queen bed and bunks were very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when I travel to HHI!

Great condo for a stay at Hilton Head Island. Has everything you need to have a great beach trip! Another perfect beach stay in a wonderful condo!

My daughter and I just enjoyed our third stay in this condo and we will definitely be back. The condo is always spotless and has all the comforts of home. It is so convenient to the pool and the beach. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great, even on the hottest days. We love that they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon so we don't have to haul those from home. The owners are great at communicating about your stay and give helpful advice about things on the island. If you need a comfortable and reasonably priced condo in Hilton Head, this place should be your number one choice!

Great place!

Ambrose was great to communicate with, condo was clean. Loved the steps he took to go above and beyond to reduce mold and mildew with the dehumidifier and HEPA air purifier running 24/7. Most beach places don't do that. Only complaint that is at no fault to the owner, is the chairs around the table are SUPER light weight. They work great except for kids. My almost 2 year old was sitting on it and shifted his weight a bit and the whole chair tipped and he face planted the tile floor. My 5 year old tipped his over too. Not very kid friendly. There is a bench though that was better! The cushion kept sliding off though when one would climb off knocking the other kid off. Maybe some Velcro strips or something would be helpful. All in all though, it honestly was perfect. Bed was comfortable, we loved the beach supplies provided, especially the wagon!

We are glad that your family had a wonderful vacation. We tried hard to keep our place clean and sanitary. Also, our ozonizer kills any bacteria and viruses. We never have problems with chairs tipping over. So, we will check on that. Thank you for the feedback. Hope your family will return again. Thank you.

Family vacation

This was our first stay in Hilton head. I picked this condo because of the detailed description and reviews. I can tell you that this host goes above and beyond for their guests. The communication from the minute of booking to the end was spectacular. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great with the pool and beach very close by. Parking was never a problem. On site food options and entertainment was great! This condo had soo many beach items already available too. Our favorite was the ninja tent. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to return again someday!

Comfy Stay, Caring Hosts

Ambrose has a well-maintained and cozy condo just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head. Easy check-in, easy parking, easy living! We had everything we needed and more (it was January so the beach items stayed under wraps but if it was summer -- wow!). Ambrose provided specific information to make the condo comfortable & easy to navigate and answered our questions promptly. The condo is well-cared for -- clean, updated, stocked with all the essentials -- and more, yet again! We are regular VRBO renters and this ranks as one of the best properties we've visited. Don't hesitate to book it!
