Regarding the WiFi, we do want to clarify that there was an area wide outage that affected the entire building during your stay. For future reference, our guest guide includes instructions on the fridges, which can beep if not fully closed, but we’re glad you were still able to use the second fridge without issue. The sliding door bar has since been fixed, and we’ve also taken note of the patio chair and glassware so everything is fully ready for our next guests. Thank you for staying with us and sharing your thoughts! Our listing does note that parking is managed by Casa Del Mar directly, with their fee collected onsite. For last-minute same-day bookings, we use a quick ID verification step to protect both guests and owners since we do not operate with a front desk. The housekeeper was finishing up when you arrived due to the heavy use of the condo earlier that day, and the home was turned over properly for your stay. The refrigerator issue you mentioned has already been addressed and repaired. As for smoking, it is never permitted inside our condos, though activities on other privately owned patios are beyond our control. This condo continues to be a guest favorite thanks to its ocean views, comfortable layout, and convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We’re glad you had the opportunity to experience it!
