We maintain the cleanliness of the home for every guest, and we appreciate you noticing the care we put into it. Regarding the master bathroom tub, we’ve added a note to the listing that it is unavailable. Guests are welcome to use the shower in the master suite or the bathtub in the upstairs hallway bathroom, both of which are fully functional. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, and we’d be happy to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found the property roomy, beautifully decorated, and that the bedrooms and towels met your expectations for a comfortable stay. However, we are very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the kitchen, den, and outdoor area was not up to par. Cracker crumbs and dirty outdoor furniture are certainly not the standards we aim for. We have already addressed this directly with our cleaning team to ensure that floors are thoroughly swept, coffee tables are wiped down, and outdoor furniture is properly cleaned before every guest's arrival. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience!
