Prior to your check-in, you were notified via text about the maintenance visit, and our team did knock before entering the unit. It's important to note that your door was answered by your party, which confirms that the maintenance staff followed proper protocol. We take guest safety and comfort seriously. After reviewing our records, we audited the lock, and the code given to maintenance was not used to enter the unit that day. We strive for transparency and usually receive high ratings, as our property offers a clean and welcoming environment in a great location. I genuinely regret that your sister had an unsettling experience, but please understand that we adhere to strict guidelines regarding maintenance visits. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that everything in the unit is functioning properly, and it was unfortunate that her rest was interrupted.
