This home was over the top! Our group of 6 enjoyed a fantastic girls’ getaway. Perfect location for walking to downtown restaurants and Crystal Bridges. So many amenities provided by the owner! Lovely porches for sitting outdoors, luxury bedding, coffee options and yummy snacks provided. A great stay!

Highly recommend! Absolutely beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. The host has thoughtfully provided every amenity a guest could want. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to some great dining options. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book this home again.

We booked this property for our son’s wedding weekend. We stayed with family for 5 nights. This property exceeded all of our expectations! First the host had wonderful communication from start to finish. No question was left unanswered. (And I had plenty!)And our arrival confirmed we made the right choice. The property is beautifully appointed, with all of the amenities and comforts of home - and then some. You can tell that this has been well thought out by the host. Anything you may have forgotten was available. Little touches sent it over the top for us! Comfortable beds with extra linens, nice towels and bath accessories, plenty of hangers (always an issue but not here), comfortable family room with pillows and blankets on the sofa, plenty of cooking utensils and dishes - even a blue tooth speaker in the kitchen ! We travel often and use VRBO bookings and we pack tubs of ‘extra’ items we know we will need. We literally could have walked out the door with our suitcases and been comfortable and completely equipped because of the way they have paid attention to the little details in this home. The host clearly takes pride in providing a comfortable home for your stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location for your next trip to Bentonville ! We definitely will!

Great house in an excellent location. Walking distance to just about everything you need in Bentonville! Debbie, the host was amazing with communication and ease of checking in etc. she made our stay extremely easy and convenient!

One of the best places we have stayed! Very clean. The owner has thought of and provided everything you need and more. Great location. Can walk or bike everywhere from this location. Cozy furniture and beds. Seamless communication with the owner which included many ideas on things to do in the area and great restaurant recommendations. We appreciate your hospitality and we will be back!

The home was very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Debbie was a great hostess, very proactive in her communication. Our only criticism was that we could not really use the outdoor space as homes were being constructed on both sides of the rental. While we were advised that construction would be going on one side of the house and that a refund was possible, it was too close to our travel date to adjust our plans. No mention of construction on both sides. Betonville is a great location and the home is walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Our group of 5 women over 60 enjoyed the home. Older folks should be aware that stairs to second floor are quite steep. Overall a great trip especially Crystal Bridges and Thorncrown Chapel.

I am so sorry that you didn’t have the 5 star experience that you deserved. There are some things that just can’t be managed by your host, no matter how hard we try. Bentonville is one of the fastest growing vacation destinations in the US. With that comes growing pains. At the time I informed you of the new home build, there was only one going on. As you mentioned, I did offer a full refund and help finding alternative accommodations, which you declined. Regarding the staircase, the Dave Marrs built home has standard code 7.75” risers. Stairs can be difficult to navigate. In looking back over numerous communications beginning 11 months prior, I worked diligently with you to provide the perfect price point. This is not to mention that you had more guests than you stated on your booking request. Once again, I’m sorry this didn’t live up to your expectations. Our guests are my number one priority, and you are our first 4 star review.

We discovered this property the weekend our son graduated from AR. Had we found it sooner we would have rented it every single time we were in AR. It’s that good. The beds are great. It’s impressively stocked with supplies. It’s attractive and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

Debbie goes above and beyond to make your stay the greatest! We loved the location and walked to restaurants for dinner and rode to trailheads nearby. There was plenty of room in the house to sprawl out and we were allowed to use the garage to store our bikes. We felt very welcomed and taken care of!

Only thing I couldn’t find was foil! They had everything else and I probably overlooked foil. We have stayed at other new places in Bentonville and they were so cheap it made us sure we would never stay there again. This place was perfect!

Wow!! This is the most fabulous home away from home!!! The host was so beyond the top on helpful hints and so very available for every single question!! The home is loaded with beautiful art and live plants everywhere you look!! And absolutely everything you would ever need that you forgot!!
