The ultimate family getaway in South Lake Tahoe! This fantastic home is the best appointed home we have ever stayed in. Our party of six (including two young children) had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the provided books and toys, while the adults enjoyed the comfortable beds, sunny deck and nearby trail. It is close to great parks and the beach making our South Lake Tahoe vacation unforgettable. Manisha was a wonderful host who communicated quickly and clearly and also gave some great restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend this property!

So nice, we stayed twice.

We stayed 2 weeks ago & came right back. The house is the perfect setup for our fam, kids hang out downstairs. The location to Sierra is great. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home!

Would stay here again!

What more can I say than that? I think that’s the best review possible. The house was great, the setup was perfect for our family, kids were able to have their own space downstairs while we were able to relax upstairs. The kitchen is a cooks delighted. Stocked with everything you need, even a variety of spices. Communication was great, house was clean, just 30min from Sierra at Tahoe, description was on point.

Wonderful stay

We had a great experience staying at this vacation home. Everything in this house has been so well thought of. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and well stocked with tea/coffee/condiments. The home is cozy with lots of space for a large family or group. We found the entire house to be very functional - spacious rooms, clean linens and towels, nice bathroom amenities, smart TV with all the major streaming apps, books, board games and toys to keep all age groups busy, beautiful decor. They even had holiday decorations set up, which added an extra special touch to our stay! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. Grocery stores and several restaurants were a short drive away. The host, Manisha, was very responsive. She responded to all questions promptly and also sent detailed instructions about the property prior to check in. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at this place. It was truly exceptional!

Fantastic Vacation Home

Our family spent three nights at this home in November. The house is clean, organized, and has all the comforts of home. We loved all the cozy blankets, amazing views, and well-stocked kitchen! Everyone had a spot to cozy up! We took day trips into South Lake Tahoe and then came home to Mathew’s and quiet neighbors. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful trip

From comfortable beds to a well stocked kitchen, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The homeowner, Manisha, was always available to answer questions and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. My family would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Our stay at Tahoe Paradise was an awesome experience. We really liked the nice open space inside the home and outside the home. We all enjoyed walking to the stream behind the house about a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again. I do wish there was A/C because during the time we stayed, there were days in the 80's so it got pretty warm. Besides that this is a wonderful place to stay during your vacation.

Beautiful Home

Manisha was so helpful! The home is beautiful and located perfectly. Close to the all the main attractions but far enough away so you do not have to deal with traffic and crowds. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was super clean. We will definitely be stayed here again.

Excellent cabin

Wonderful stay!

The house was just perfect for my family enjoying a winter holiday in South Tahoe. It was decorated for the holiday, too, with a big Christmas tree right by the fire place, which added the festivity to the atmosphere. The owner was very helpful, making sure we wouldn't have any issues checking in. The location was great, too. It's close to major ski areas in South Tahoe, good grocery store nearby. It's snowing in the first couple of nights while we were there. The kids played in / with the snow right outside in the backyard which was facing the field (so no cars to worry about). We'd definitely want to come back and stay at this house again.

Perfect house in a great location!

The house exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and the kitchen and living area had everything we needed, not to mention well organized. The owner, Manisha, contacted me before our arrival to make sure we had the proper information to access the house and checked in during our stay. We found the rooms/beds very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It was a great base to explore the area and get to Sierra to ski. We Look forward to returning!

5 star Vacation Home!

Our experience staying in this beautiful home was beyond our expectations! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful wine bottle and snacks that made us feel very welcome! The home is extremely clean and has a very warm and cozy feel. The entire house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It’s also centrally located to all the great spots in South Tahoe. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! It’s a great family home where everyone will enjoy all the comforts this home has to offer!! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would :)

The weekend we decided to book the cabin for, turned out to be a weekend with snowfall record, but that was no problem for our cabin host. She was attentive and kept us informed about weather alerts. Even the driveway to her property had been plowed and cleared for our arrival, which we really appreciated since we saw many other out of town guests shoveling the driveway of their respective rentals. Upon arrival, cabin was warm and cozy. We go to Tahoe every year, and by far this was the best cabin we have stayed at--spacious and luxurious, but not pretentious. It was perfect for our Tahoe stay. Cabinets are fully stocked with all items needed for cooking, and the fact that they have a fully stocked spices pantry, is a plus! Would definitely recommend this to friends and family, and we hope we can return to it, in the future.

Absolutely best experience

This is a beautiful property! I have never stayed at a cabin that was kept as well as this one. It was literally sparkling clean. The kitchen had everything I could have ever imagined (crockpot, espresso machine, every pot and pan, and utensil you could possibly need). The beds were all quality and comfortable with fluffy down comforters. The kids room had tons of toys and a bunkbed! There was nothing about this house that was old or dirty everything was new, well kept and clean. The owner was terrific and checked in to make sure we had everything we could need. Honestly this was an A+++++ property!!!

Absolutely perfect!

This cabin is amazing! It exceeded our expectations. It was modern yet cozy, so cozy in fact, we struggled to leave in the mornings for the skiing we'd gone for! The master bedroom and en-suite on the upper level are wonderful and the other three bedrooms on the lower floor are very comfortable too and are situated around an additional family room with large TV which is a great space for kids to hang out. The main living/kitchen/dining area is large and well equipped-the owners have obviously put in a lot of thought into providing everything and anything you could want during your stay. The cabin is situated in a lovely quiet area and was only a 15 minute drive to the center of Heavenly, with several grocery stores and restaurants closer by. Manisha, the owner- phoned prior to our stay to go over the arrangements and ensure entry to the cabin on arrival would be smooth and she also text during our stay to ensure we were happy with everything. We can't fault our experience-it was perfect!

Beautiful home and surroundings.

We loved the home. The view from the back was beautiful and at night was able to see the Milky Way in the night sky. The layout really work out with the master on the top floor but was away from the living area and with the downstairs had the three bedrooms and a TV/living area as well. The owners were quick to response to our questions prior to our arrival. No issues with the property during our stay. I would highly recommend. The area is quiet but only a little drive to the craziness of Lake Tahoe. We were able to take walks thru the backyard with trails along the creek during the day. We also did bicycling around the area and found a small lake that had biking trails. I hope to come back during the winter to really intake the views from the back yard and the view from the front thru the master bedroom would be magnificent with the snow cap mountains. Enjoy!

Perfect South Lake Tahoe Getaway

Our group of 7 (4 adults and three kids) stayed here for a weekend ski getaway. The property and location are amazing. The house was like brand new, very well maintained and clean. It was spacious and super cozy. The house is well stocked with everything that you need (the kitchen and the supplies made available to guests were above and beyond). The house is located in a very serene and beautiful part of South Lake Tahoe. It is also very conveniently located to both Heavenly and Kirkwood ski resorts. The homeowners were wonderful - super nice and very communicative and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The day we drove up, Tahoe had already received over 4feet of snow and the snow wasn't letting up. The homeowner checked in with us to see when we would most likely be at the place so she could coordinate with the snow removal company to have the driveway plowed and stairs cleared . She also had the house heated and warmed up when we arrived late. She also made herself available (via phone and via their Ring doorbell) if we had any issues getting in to the house or into the garage, even though she knew we would be there late in the evening. Everyone had such a great time and enjoyed the place so much we are hoping to come back to visit again!
