Høsten 2019 ble den historisk forferdelige WIFI erstattet med Fiber, og WIFI er nå ikke bare pålitelig, men hastighetene er nå rundt 50 MBS.

Vår 1100 kvadratmeter 2 soverom, 2 bad Cascade Village leilighet (enhet 350) er den perfekte fjellflukt hele sesongen! Det har et fullt utstyrt kjøkken, peis og et privat dekk med sitteplasser utendørs. Cascade Village ligger mindre enn 2 miles nord for Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) skiområde og 40 miles nord for Durango.

Fantastic location for our needs. Had a great time at some of the local establishments and absolutely loved the ride out to Ouray and Silverton. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The condo is beautiful, beds comfortable and the few times I communicated with the rental co they responded immediately and took care of the little things. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great stay, just what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! We loved the whole Cascade Village community. Neighbors were friendly, but overall a quiet place with great amenities. There were plenty of games, linens and supplies. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the gym, sauna and hot tubs. Everything inside the condo was so clean. The only negatives were that there were no cutting boards and no oil for cooking, the upstairs got very, very warm and the fan barely did anything. Also, the patio was not clean at all - cobwebs and bird poop everywhere. We didn't test out the grill for that reason. All things that we could handle though so we would recommend and come stay again. It's absolutely beautiful and close to Silverton and Durango.

Close to the parking lot

This place was just excellent. Don’t know what else to say about it very handy to get to and from the parking areas and on the first floor we just loved it. Can’t wait to stay there again next fall.

Great stay and location

I love the fact this condo was not in durango hustle and bustle 40 miles north was great! Condo was a very quiet place,deep pool,mgr responded with in minutes for pool gate code.the condo was good size even with 4 kids & 2 adults.the kitchen was fully equipped for all your cooking needs,washer an dryer was a plus.only down side for me personally was master upstairs and kids downstairs but i survived the stiars! I do highly recommend this condo!

In looking for a shovel to help other people to avoid the problem I could not find one. The view was wonderful as was the comfort of the condo. In checking for the coffee for the next day a small, hotel size, bag was provided. In calling the service desk to ask about what was the schedule for the ski up I was told there is only one at 8:45 and another one for return to the condo from Purgatory at 3:15. In checking this out I was told Purgatory runs this and contact them, which I did. There are plenty of towels and bedding. There are no grocery stores close and one small bar two miles away has a food truck outside to buy something to eat. The television is streaminng only. This means you do not have any sports channels, national news CNN MSNBC, or channels like NBC, CBS, FOX. The parking underneath the units was nice as was the ski rental in the service building. Since the owner, who we have no idea who owns the condo, could not be contacted, I would recommend they have someone check on the cleanliness of the cleaners. There were dirty dishes in cupboard and the bathroom drain woukd not function.

If you would have contacted us, we would have taken care of the issue for you, and made sure the person who clears the walk ways for the property came and shoveled yours. As far as the streaming only service on the TV's at the property, it is up to the owner to decide what type of cable or streaming services that they would like to provide our guests. Unfortunately with the advance in technology, most of our owners choose to do streaming services only as it is the most affordable, and ease of service of today. Unfortunately the area of Purgatory is quite small, so we do suggest grabbing groceries in Durango, or part way between Durango and Purgatory called PJ's located outside of Hermosa near the Durango Hot Springs. We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed the parking for this property, and enjoyed the ski rental shop. As for the cleanliness of the property, we do have inspectors check our cleaners work on all of our properties. We are sorry there were some dirty dishes missed and that the bathroom drain was clogged. In the future if you choose to stay here with us again, it is our hope that you would bring this issues to our attention right away, so that we may have the chance to fix the situation right when it happens rather than after the fact.

December rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean but there was no comforter on the upstairs bed. Did contact rental company and they provided a comforter from Walmart clearance. It was not comfortable sleeping as the temperature was all over the place in the condo. We also asked for the 2nd paper towel roll that was supposed to be provided for and it never was given.
