The previous and subsequent reviews prove this is a false review. The apartment is as shown in the photos, and I've been on Vrbo for 20 years. The renovations to the building have absolutely no negative impact on the apartment, and it's completely habitable. The living room, being very beautiful and large, has three windows (a small house wouldn't have a living room with three windows), but only one is blocked by the renovations. Regarding the noise, the woman wanted to sleep at 11:30 in the morning because she hadn't slept well on the plane. They didn't experience ANY inconvenience as they described. They also received a free late checkout. Their impatience was clear as soon as they arrived. They were very rude, standing barefoot on the couch during check-in. If it had been as they said, they could have left, I obviously wouldn't have kept them. LUCKILY, MY EXCELLENT REVIEWS demonstrate the professionalism of my work and also that, UNFORTUNATELY, CASES OF PEOPLE OF THIS KIND ARE BEYOND ANY HUMAN CONTROL

The apartment is located in the most important and beautiful area of ​​the city, a reference point for anyone visiting the capital. Contrary to what was previously stated, we want to reassure future guests that the area is very well-served: within walking distance of the apartment are several supermarkets, pharmacies, historic shops, and every type of necessary service, making your stay extremely comfortable and convenient without having to travel far.
