We reserved this house well in advance for a graduation and are very pleased we did. Beautiful, relaxing surroundings. House was well equipted with kitchen, bedding, towels, and games. Check in/out and communication were the best we have experienced. Overall a great stay!

Wedding

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a perfect way to be able to hang out and visit with our family. The only thing that would have been helpful was more hangers. We had a lot of hanging clothes and did not have enough.

Peaceful Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property. The house is warm and cozy and we love the kitchen, since we like to cook. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The yard is great, fully fenced for our 2 dogs to enjoy their stay as well :). The spa was a nice way to end the day, soaking under the stars. It’s quiet and peaceful, especially at night. The property is also close to lots of wineries and Morro Bay. And if you forget anything, the store is 10 minutes away. We look forward to our next stay!!

The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and in good working order. Instructions were provided for everything in the house and everything was well appointed from the large, well stocked kitchen to the bath amenities to the games and books and even to the bottle of Merlot that greeted us. An impressive home overall!

Wedding Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding weekend and this house was located 10 minutes from the venue. The house was in the country but also very close to town and we found it to have easy access to where ever we needed to go. The house was comfortable, clean and perfect for our party of 6. The manage company was very responsive to the one and only problem we had (the gate going into the property wasn’t working properly the second day and they had someone out to fix it within an hour).

This property was in a beautiful location- close to a family wedding venue and a short drive to dozens of beautiful wineries. The owners provided many amenities- ie coffee/sugar/creamer, laundry detergent, steamer, a bottle of wine! And more! There were so many games for our granddaughters- inside and out. The hot tub was another highlight! The beds were comfy, too. The management company was very communicative and made our stay very easy! Thank you for a great rental!

Fabulous vacation. Very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. If I could change one thing it would be to add hand soap at the kitchen sink but this is a very minor thing and was easily resolved.

Destination Wedding

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second stay at this rental. The property had been updated since my last stay. We had multi generations staying here and all were comfortable. The only thing lacking on this property would that be an additional half bath on the east side of the house. We made it work for the second time.

A lovely rural place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised with a very clean house and comfortable gathering areas and bedrooms. We enjoyed being in the Atascadero area vs. Paso where we usually stay. One caution: if you want to have wine with dinner at a Paso restaurant, have a designated driver as the road is windy in one spot and the driveway a bit hard to find in the dark (a flag on the mailbox would help!). The backyard is a great place to unwind after a day of tasting or adventure.

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

The house was much larger than the pictures show and the whole outside area was absolutely the highlight for us and our two senior dogs. They loved sunbathing in the beautiful backyard. I saw some reviews that mentioned that they had initial issues with the spa, but I found it very simple to turn on/off. It has a timer as well which ensures that it doesn’t overheat you. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts were great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home that had everything we needed plus more. A nice quiet neighborhood, not to far from the towns and wineries that we wanted to visit.

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of wine country.

This property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Both indoor and outdoor space were well appointed. Beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Several very nice touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic! A very short drive to multiple wineries, also a short drive to an amazing section of the California coast - several quaint towns with excellent food and shopping.

Amazing Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect! It's a little bit of a drive from downtown Paso, but the charm of this home makes it worth it. The outdoor patio and hot tub make this home a must stay - but plan to have some dinners there because you won't want to leave!

Beautiful home

Everything was great, property is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was a little bumpy, wrong door code. A quick phone call fixed that. I would stay again if we were in the area, the outdoor jacuzzi was awesome. Only complaint, two days before the end of our stay we had maintenance people show up unannounced, guy on a ride on mower, and a guy spraying the yard. Automatic gate in front they have a code to, my dog was outside and could have gotten out onto the main road. 2 other maintenance people showed up after that, I feel that the tenants should be made aware that people are coming to maintain the property. I have no issue if I know beforehand. Dog out front, kids in back, no notice can create safety and privacy issues.

Thanks so much for your feedback. All our properties require regular maintenance, just as any home does, but we're sorry we caught you off guard. Great that you were keeping a close eye on your children and pets. We try to give advance warning when we're aware of service on a certain day. So glad you enjoyed your stay overall! Thanks, Beth, PasoStay
