Dear Jennifer, I understand that you were frustrated and upset against yourself as you realized that you booked this house (that has always had great reviews) WITHOUT having read the description thoroughly !! Being angry against yourself and feeling stupid, you thought it would be smart to write this "revenge review". This is WRONG, unethical and unacceptable and readers will quickly understand that your excessive criticism to this property is ridiculous and makes it irrelevant. The owner of the house having young children himself specified the lay-out of the house for the precise purpose that you mention. We are sorry you didn't read properly but will not take responsibility for your mistake. Our staff did everything to help you, you refused a babyphone we offered, we helped you move the beds around the house. And then you decide to push it in order to be intellectually unfair. "narrow driveway"? it's a standard gate with an open space driveway not walled on the side, so what are you talking about? No car rentals rent huge RVs on the island ? so what's your point. You try to imply that the property is not safe. I could sue you for that quote. We are professional holiday rentals company and follow all local regulation. The pool does not need to be gated because there is a operating pool alarm to alert parents from any child falling in the pool. Our pool is the biggest in the street besides the one of the Plantation hotel. I guess it's your first time in the Caribbean when I read that you think that eating outdoors under a huge covered terrace is something uncommon on the island. I also recommend you don't travel to exotic countries or better study before your travels if you can't stand any insects. This has nothing to do with the property. Oklahoma is much safer place for you indeed. You talk about our rudeness, but your whole review is a great example of a very rude and dishonest person who made a booking mistake and will not take responsibility for it. A person who is frustrated of not having been able to twist our arm for an unjustified re-imbursement and who just wants to ruin our 25 year reputation of holiday rentals. You told us: "I will write a good review if we accepted to refund"

Thank you for staying with us!

Thank you! That means a lot — we’re so happy Sunbird continues to be a favorite.
