Girls’ Weekend: We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we came back again this year. The house is on the water with a large dock where you can sit in chairs in the sun or under the covered roof. There is plenty of seating for everyone whether we are sitting in the living room or dining room. This was perfect for adults where none of the beds were bunk beds. There was plenty of parking and the house was clean. I did notice this year that the home had some maintenance completed and some upgrades from last year. We love this place so much that we will be coming back every year.

Overall it was great. Hard to park trucks with boat trailers. Narrow road and neighbors keep vehicles parked in front of their houses and driveways so you don’t have space to go forward and back in, that and it was pouring rain when we arrived. Kitchen could use some upgrades in pots and pans and service for 15 as indicated. Dock was wonderful.

This vacation rental is hands down one of the best places to stay on Lake Hartwell! The location is unbeatable, and the dock is the perfect spot to relax, swim, or spend the day enjoying the water.The house is ideal for a large family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor living areas are just as inviting as the inside of the home.

Beautiful Lake House, Very Spacious. Accommodates a large party with comfort. We loved the deck and dock. Quiet neighborhood. Parking was fantastic with room for several vehicles. Lance was great to work with.

We loved our stay at this spacious lake home. It was perfect for our large family - with plenty of room in the kitchen and den, plenty of bedrooms and beds, and two refrigerators! Sitting on the deck was also lovely. A beautiful, quiet spot on Lake Hartwell.

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home! We had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals! We had an absolutely phenomenal stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lance was a very responsive and kind host, the dock is clean and lovely, and the home was exactly as described with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay! The check in email was very informative and answered all of our questions before they were even asked. Lots of kitchen appliances available for use such a griddle, crock pot, hand mixer, coffee pot and Keurig. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond with any needs. This house was perfect for both my immediate family and my husband’s. Although you are unable to eat the fish caught from the lake, my children enjoyed doing catch and release. The dock provided is a floating dock, and with a lot of boat traffic can be a little rocky. Boat traffic was only at a peak on Saturday and was very light Wednesday-Friday as to be expected. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We love this property!

We always enjoy our yearly lake trip with friends. This house had the perfect lay out for 3 couples and 5 kids. Our teens loved their own hang out space and we played games in the large family room. The dock is wonderful with deep water for jumping and diving. It’s tucked into a little cove so great for floating too. The dock has plenty of chairs, shade and table. We loved our stay and will probably be back next year!

We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. There was room for everyone! The house was clean and stocked with the basics. The dock is absolutely beautiful and big! We rented a boat for a few days. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Peaceful

We came up to celebrate our grandbaby’s 1st birthday, that lives in the area. We were able to have our children and my mother with us and what a fabulous place to stay. The huge living room overlooks the trees and lake with its large windows. Comfortable beds and nice sheets! Great water pressure! We used the kitchen and loved having a table for big family! We hope to stay here again! My boys loved fishing off the dock!

Nice property but a bit disappointing

The house and lake is beautiful! We were disappointed with the availability of communication with the host, and running out of propane on our first night. If you choose this property be prepared to being every item you will use on your trip including towels for the lake.

Katie per our text exchange during and after your stay, I’m very sorry that the propane tank for the grill was empty upon your arrival. This was an oversight and I have alerted our cleaner to ensure they inspect this after each guest. Also, I hate to hear that you felt communication was not satisfactory. I responded to every message you sent prior to your arrival, during your stay, and after your departure. I always seek to respond to guests promptly after receiving their inquiries. If I missed any communication, I sincerely apologize. For future guests, based on this feedback, we will begin to provide a few beach towels for the lake, but we encourage you to bring extra beach towels. We do not provide firewood for our guests and suggest you buy firewood at one of the local stores if you’d like to use the fireplace or fire pit. We do provide a handful of items to start your stay such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, shampoo, and bath soaps. We will always work to make sure our guests have everything they need for a great experience at our property.

Large multi-state small family reunion

The pre-stay communication was perfect, the property was large, clean, prepared, beautiful and exactly what was described - but better!! All of the group wants to return to the property again for another getaway.
