Plenty of room for our group of 12. Pool was nice for our kids and clean. Back door to pool needs work. Couch in family room was very worn and rug needs replacing. There was a water leak in theatre room that slightly inhibited activity there. Secure resort with nice clubhouse. Close to Disney. Overall a good experience

Andrienne was an excellent host! Our family enjoyed their stay! Choosing rooms was very difficult because each one was beautifully done! The listing was exciting for all of us to look at AND THEN being there in person was more than what we hoped! We hope to stay here again when we visit Florida!

Amazing stay! My son and his friends loved this home! The only thing I would suggest is adding parking and grill use included, I was shocked at having to pay for parking for each vehicle seperate from the stay. Overall, the hosts were amazing, and the home was beautiful! I would certainly come back again!

Thank you so much for your kind words—we’re truly happy to hear your son and his friends had such an amazing time and that you enjoyed the home! It means a lot to us that you’d consider staying with us again. We do want to kindly clarify for future guests that there is no parking fee charged by us as homeowners. The $20 per vehicle fee referenced is a resort/HOA registration fee required by the community, and it is disclosed in the listing as being paid directly to the homeowner’s association—not to us. Regarding the BBQ grill, the small fee helps cover professional cleaning and propane refills to ensure each guest receives a clean, safe, and ready-to-use grill experience. We aim to keep everything in top condition for every stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and are so glad you had a wonderful visit. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for your review—we’re really glad to hear you had an overall excellent stay and that the bathroom concern was resolved quickly. We do want to kindly clarify the note about the spa for future guests. Our pool technician visited multiple times during your stay and confirmed that the spa was operating as designed. We understand that spa experiences can vary, especially when comparing to personal hot tubs at home, which may have different heating styles or jet pressure. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and your patience throughout your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back again soon!

I truly appreciate you mentioning the beds, pool door alarm, and shower noise. Even though these weren’t brought up during your visit, feedback like this is helpful and allows us to make improvements for future guests. I’ve already made note of the pool door alarm and the shower sound so we can have them checked, and we’re always evaluating comfort items like mattresses to ensure the best possible experience. We also periodically refresh our photos, so that’s helpful input as well. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time! Spacious, Comfortable & Perfect for Families!

We booked this home last minute after our original Vrbo was canceled just two days before check-in. With 10 adults and 4 kids, we were nervous about finding a place that could accommodate everyone—but this house was perfect!Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated being able to check in early for a small, reasonable fee. The house was spotless and as the cook of the family, I loved the kitchen—it was beautiful and fully stocked with everything I needed to make meals with ease, including a crock pot and griddle. The house had everything—plenty of pool towels, regular towels, comfy beds, extra blankets, 2 washers and dryers, TVs in every bedroom and both living rooms, and fun spaces like the pool area and theater/game room. The kids especially didn’t want to leave!Adrienne, the property manager, was kind and responsive. A small sink issue was resolved within hours. The location was great too—Publix, shopping centers, and tons of restaurants were all just 10–15 minutes away. The price was fair, with no hidden fees or outrageous checkout rules. Unlike other rentals that expect a deep clean despite charging a cleaning fee, this one kept it simple and stress-free.We loved the house so much we canceled a planned outing just to stay in and enjoy it. What started as a stressful scramble turned into one of our most relaxing and memorable family getaways. Highly recommend!
