Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great place very comfortable. It was very clean except for the carpet which was very dirty and has spot everywhere. Also the couch upstairs was really gross. It could use a little tlc in general, some glasses were chipped, kitchen wasn’t well stocked (no bowls or pots to cool in), also the comforters upstairs were cute but had someHuge rips. The place is nice and it was clean and comfortable it would be exceptional if given a little more attention to details mentioned.

The highlight of the property was definitely the beautiful fully-fenced yard with grass. We also really enjoyed the location; the property backs a preserved area and there are walking trails right behind the house which we really enjoyed. The interior needs a bit of a facelift, everything is showing its age and we also thought the home needed a deep clean.

It was a nice stay. I do feel if the springs on the couch and master bed were fixed it would have been comfy. The fan in the upstairs bonus area was stuck on low. There should be floor fans for the bedrooms for when it gets warm in the summer. And the patio furniture is rusty and uncomfortable. There was only one burner working on the stove, which was fine. Overall, a good stay. Thank you, Lisa Hoekstra

This Flagstaff rental was the perfect family getaway! Peaceful setting with an excellent location—close to trails and town yet wonderfully quiet. The house was spacious and ideal for our group of 6, with comfortable beds and a great layout. The kids especially loved the fun loft bedroom area and had a blast up there. Clean, well-equipped, and the host was responsive. Highly recommend—we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

What started as a dream family vacation quickly turned into a nightmare when a nearby wildfire exploded in size just days after we checked in. As neighboring communities received frantic evacuation orders, thick smoke choked the air, and ash literally began raining from the sky. Fearing for my family's health and safety, I made the heartbreaking but necessary decision to cut our vacation short. Their safety and comfort was my priority. I reached out to the property owner, I expected basic human empathy and a willingness to fairly compensate us for the missed days due to a literal natural disaster. Instead, we were met with stunning greed and complete silence. The moment I notified them that we had fled the property for our safety, they re-listed the home to double-dip and make more money. Since checking out, I've tried contacting them multiple ways to discuss a partial refund, but they completely ghosted us. It's deeply hurtful that an owner would care so little about their guests' safety and strictly view them as a paycheck. To make matters worse, the home itself had major issues. The Wi-Fi is painfully slow, causing the TVs to constantly buffer. The master mattress has a severe crown, leaving you feeling like you will roll off at night or wake up with an intense backache. The outdoor space is nice, but it does not make up for the host's complete lack of care. Please think twice before staying here. If an emergency happens, you will be entirely on your own.

Best Location, Doggo Friendly, Lovely Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this peaceful Mountainaire community for its proximity to forest trails. Best dog friendly back yard! Nice views of field, trees and sky. The cabin is beautiful, comfy, neighbors are friendly. There's an opportunity to stock the kitchen with basic spices, quality pans, better dish and serving options; my hubby asked me to mention the uncomfy sofa. But none of this is a deal breaker for us. We definitely plan to visit again (location!). Very nice experience with management, thank you!

I loved the location of the cabin. But what the pictures showed were not what’s quite there. The cabin needs some loving care., .& simple things be supplied such as garbage bags, tin foil. Some simple spices besides salt & pepper. The internet was a maybe for watching movies or live TV, you have to start & then wait, sometimes things needed to be unplugged, or going out of Hulu & start over, fast forwarding to where it stopped. The coffee maker is very hard to use, parts fall off. Come On replace it.The toaster oven knobs are worn & hard to read. The one shower is the size of a phone booth, the shower head is at least 7 ft. Up & direction can not be directedHalf the shutters couldn’t be opened or completely closed. The downstairs couch has many stains as does carpet. I’d hate to be there in the winter, If it’s cold out, the host has thermostat set at no higher than 72, to go higher you need pin. The gas fireplace does work pretty good at heating the downstairs if left on for awhile. But it’s way more comfortable to watch upstairs. Verbo states all communicates should be done be done through their app. But the host sends door codePlus all the faults of the cabin. Such as the internet issues etc. It’s 2 pages long if printed. Lots of please try first,if more help is needed, don’t use jets in tub they don’t work. Call us not Verbo. The yard was very nice for our dogs, chairs at table very uncomfortable. We did still enjoy our stay, but just wanted to give a real opinion.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was a perfect size for a family and some. We were so happy they allowed dogs- which was a plus! Their yard was fully fenced and so cozy for our pups. There was access to the woods where we went for walks. I had a good experience, I was happy the Owner was able to accommodate all our pups. They also assisted in last min early check in and late check out, which was awesome!

The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again.

I'm really sorry to hear you didn't love the house :( I've never had another guest mention feeling unsafe before, it's a cute and quaint family neighborhood, so I'm not sure what felt off to make you feel that way. We clean the house a few days a week, so it's never been called musty before, but I'll look into it! Thanks for the feedback and for your stay!

This home is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood. The beautiful private back yard backs against National Forest land and we took full advantage of walking out there during our stay since stormy weather kept us from exploring in the mountains.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The large loft has an open floor plan that we really enjoyed spending time in. The house is cute and cozy and clean. Thank you for the coffee pot and coffee. Price is on the upper end of the scale compared to other rentals in the area at the time. We rented 6 homes in the neighborhood for a wedding. Great communication when we asked questions. Would definitely stay again.
