Outpost properties never fail. They are super clean. Checkin info is timely and accurate. Checkout info is clear and early so you can get everything complete without rushing. The communication options are great. Everything can be done through text which is so convenient. They are super timely with responses as well. Always book in the Aspens when I am in the Tetons!!!

Our stay at Bearberry condo was perfect! From the beautiful patio view to the cozy lodge feel of the condo itself, this is one of the best places we have stayed. Loved the attention to detail and our needs. Bonus was seeing the elk grazing in the field behind us and hearing them bugling in the morning and evening. This place is heaven on earth and in a nice quiet area that we enjoyed after our full days in the Tetons. Thank you Outpost! We hope to be back.

Very beautiful tiny condominium that was perfect for just me. The kitchen was nice and clean and well stocked. The condominium was cozy and comfortable. The property is off the back road to Grand Teton National Park, however the road is currently closed for construction so I did have to drive through Jackson to get to the parks. But when the road is open, it saves you having to drive through Jackson. The condominium gives you the option to stay somewhere that does not feel touristy and overcrowded. I'm planning on staying there again soon

I just wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay. The host "The Outpost." was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Any questions I had were quickly addressed through text messages, and their helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. The location itself was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning array of wild animals right in the backyard. Additionally, the convenience of being less than 10 minutes away from Jackson Hole was a huge plus. I am already looking forward to booking this delightful spot again next year.

We enjoyed our stay here, unit was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and owner was very responsive. Loved the window seat and seeing a fox and several moose show up early in the morning right outside the window. Very convenient to the town of Jackson and grand Teton. Highly recommend.

The Tetons are grand

This is a perfect place to stay for a couple or small young family. The location to the National Park and local points for interest is particularly pleasing. The condo is exactly as described and we would return in heartbeat.

Rough start

Booked in April to attend an event in town starting at 5pm. Received text at 3:45pm that the expected 4pm check in was delayed to 5pm due to cleaning crew being busy. At 5pm, tried to enter unit with door code provided, but it did not work. Took several calls to connect with management company due to weak cell signal in area. Finally got in around 5:15pm. Unit smelled of cigarette smoke and fish odor, opened doors and windows to air out. Didn’t smell like a freshly cleaned unit. Received text at 7pm that we could check in. When we got back from our event, spent time cleaning bathroom and kitchen surfaces with limited supplies we had brought with us.

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Bearberry 3414. We sincerely apologize for the delayed check-in and the inconvenience it caused. We strive to ensure all units are ready by 4 PM, but an unusually high number of check-ins that day resulted in an unexpected delay. Additionally, we are so sorry for the confusion with the door code. This was set to go live at 5 pm after our teams had completed their clean and we regret that there was another delay and complication that resulted in you needing to reach out to our teams. Since your stay, we have evaluated our scheduling and check-in processes to ensure that our teams are properly staffed on high check-in days so that no future delays occur. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re very sorry that your unit did not meet our usual high standards. We have addressed this with our cleaning team and, following your departure, conducted a deep clean to ensure a well-maintained and comfortable space for future guests. We’re very sorry that your stay did not reflect the high standards we strive to deliver. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make meaningful improvements, and we are committed to delivering a five-star experience to all future guests. Thank you, The Outpost Team

Wonderful Mountain Stay

We loved our stay at the Outpost Bearberry! The place was spacious, clean, and homey! Everything was as described in the listing. The location is great for going to Grand Teton National Park. We saw several wild animals in the Aspen neighborhood and on Moose-Wilson road. Would highly recommend this place!

Fabulous Staff

We used to own property in Jackson Hole and continue to stay there for vacations, so we are very familiar with the area and property options. This property was exactly as described, and the Outpost liaisons were the best we have experienced in terms of thorough information, responsiveness, and understanding of our questions or concerns. I felt like they really "heard" us when we had any questions.
