Overall I am very pleased with our stay. It was mostly clean, had plenty of utensils, pots/pans/linens, etc My only complaint is the amount of household consumables. For the price of the home, I would expect more than a day or twos worth. I would suggest maybe a second broom/mop set. I appreciated the communication of the property management team as well - they were so thorough and fast to respond. I recommend it highly.

The house was a great size with all the amenities needed. And the fact that it was so close to the beach was the best!! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family has stayed at this house for years and we love it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for a big group, particularly a group that includes kids. There are two huge master bedrooms first floor and upstairs) with lots of closet space, a kids bedroom with a two-bed bunk bed and a single twin bed. There’s a downstairs small bedroom, with its own balcony, and a double bed. There’s a large living room/dining room with comfy chairs and couches, a breakfast area, lots of storage space, huge washer and dryer, good dishwasher, pretty. pool, grilling area. If it’s raining, the kids can still play beneath the house (it’s on tall piers). The Gulf is 1 block away. There are deep porches with chairs and tables on the second level surrounding almost all of the house. The downstairs master BR has its own stairway to the pool area. The linens and decor are really really attractive. We had a cookout for 25 folks four days ago!

Navy grandson

we came to visit our grandson who recently was deployed to the naval air base. The house was fine. The tv’s did not work so we had to ask for a repair man. The gas tank for the grill was empty so we had to take it to the office for replacement. You not allowed to take your dog on the beach. The master suite was very nice.

Great stay, close to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 families (8 people in total) and this house was a perfect fit! The proximity to the beach is amazing, only a very short walk - you can actually view the Gulf from the upstairs master bedroom balcony! This house was very comfortable for us with a nice pool. It was great being able to bring our dog too. Paradise Beach Homes is a top notch property management company! They are easy to work with and are truly there for the enjoyment of their guests!

It was OK

The house was clean but there are a few things that should be done to make the experience safer and better. The gates to the pool do not work properly, so there is some liability for keeping children out of the pool area. Some better knives for cooking would be a simple upgrade. It was very clean and comfortable. It is strange though that there is no exhaust fan over the stove. That would be helpful, as well as an ice machine. We did have a good time with family, but based on the issues listed, I would not book it again. Those simple upgrades could really help. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this beach house! The bedrooms are huge and great bathroom space. Thank you so much Heather for taking time to post your review. We're so glad you had such a great stay in Baker's Dozen Bungalow! It's a great home and our guests love it. We appreciate your feedback as well. We're so sorry to hear that a beach mouse got into the garage area of the home. It's very, very rare for that to happen but the beach does have some mice and every once in a while they'll sneak into the garage areas. We appreciate the information about the kitchen as well and we will discuss options with the owner. We hope you'll come back and stay with us again in the near future!

July 4th, Blues Week and Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year to rent this property. We had issues with the washer and dryer....Kris w/Paradise took care of both....He had 2 brand new units delivered to the house! Now, this is what I call SERVICE! We love the house, location and of course the pool - which was cleaned twice a week during our stay. All the ladies at Paradise were so nice to my were Russell and Kris! We have rented from Paradise for years and of course, we will be back next summer. It's the little extra things and service we truly appreciate. The only thing we might suggest is updating the kitchen and counter space (island).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house! Location was perfect. House fit all our needs. Pool was amazing! A couple suggestions:1. A dehumidifier is needed. Humidity was very high in house. Condensation was dripping from AC vents.2. A direct access from outside shower to pool. Sand gets back on your feet when you have to go through yard or garage. All in all we loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay because we were with family. The beach was close by and the youngest were in the water and surf even though it was chilly. They also enjoyed the pool. The area was nice. The restaurants were all good. The house was a little worn. The small appliances need replacing. The master toilet on the main floor would run a lot, wasting water. Found a lot of what looked like long dog hair on the main floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect with the property. The only thing I would change is updating the blinds in the bedrooms and also adding blinds to the doors that don’t have any. The lights from the church shine bright enough in one of the bedrooms where it looks like it is day light constantly through the night.
