Great stay at this Rosemary Beach condo. The perfect size for our group of 2 couples and 3 kids without feeling cramped. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property! The kitchen was amazingly stocked there is every tool or appliance you would want and all very clean. Very nice linens, plus beach towel were provided. Perfect for a multi family vacation.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the management. We have stayed at several properties in Rosemary with different management companies, and this property blows them all out of the water. Cheryl was incredible to work with. She is highly responsive and accommodating. I was originally a little worried about the location, as we usually stay closer to the water and thought noise from town might be an issue. The walk to the beach was a breeze, especially since they provided a beach cart, and we never had an issue with noise. The property itself is stunning. It is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal at home. We enjoyed coffee on the porches, and watching a movie as a family in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of beach and bathroom towels, and the amenities were luxurious. We were traveling with our 9mo old and two of the closets were big enough to put her crib in to sleep. A rocker in the living room was perfect to help rock her to sleep. They have truly thought of everything you could need and more. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

The property was decorated beautifully and it was very clean. It’s settled right in the middle of the main square in Rosemary, so it’s super convenient to walk to most stores and restaurants. There are beach towels and a beach wagon provided so it makes it really easy to pack lightly. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the beautiful and spacious condo with our 3 young adult children and their 1s. We’ve traveled to the area for decades, and this is the most well appointed property we have ever rented. Despite being right above the retail area, it was very quiet. Cheryl was communicative and responsive to any questions and requests. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We could not have enjoyed this property more. Beautifully decorated and well designed spaces. Very comfortable sleeping spaces and extremely well maintained. Loved the outdoor patios amongst the tree lined streets. Steps away from shopping and restaurants, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Will look to stay at this exact property in the future.

We have stayed in Rosemary several times and this is definitely one of my absolute favorite properties yet!! It was absolutely gorgeous and was in the heart of Rosemary Square!! Cheryl the property manager is also one of my personal favorites to work with she is amazing!!

Best location

We were 2 families with teenagers and had the best time in this condo. Husbands could just cross the street and work from Amavida Coffee shop while our teens had a short walk to get ice cream or go to the beach to hang out with other teens. The Sky Pool is also walking distance for those who like to get an early swim in the day. Shops and restaurants just a stroll away. We rate this condo a 10 out of 10!!

Gonna rent again

Honestly probably the best place we’ve rented in Rosemary. Lodging was perfect. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Location was perfect for us. Easy walks to coffee, restaurants, and the beach. Property manager was very helpful with the few questions we had. Def a 10/10 rental.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the most incredible experience staying at this property. The location was perfect. The accommodations were fantastic. And Cheryl was so wonderful to work with - responsive, flexible and so welcoming. We loved every minute of it!

Great family vacation

The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything your family will need. The location is great — delicious donut and coffee shop downstairs and ice cream shop across the street for the kiddos. Getting to the beach is just a quick bike ride or stroll through town. We stayed for five days and loved it. One suggestion to improve the check in is to include the name of the condo building or picture of the doors for check in. We were in the attached building next door and couldn’t find the condo. Also a local phone number would be helpful for check in questions. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in Rosemary Beach and we plan to return!
