The property was clean and perfectly situated. A grocery store and several local amenities are within easy walking distance, which made my stay incredibly convenient. The host was responsive and helpful when I needed something.

Comfortable, cozy and convenient in Beaverton

We spent 9 nights in this unit over Thanksgiving and found it very comfortable, convenient to our son's family in Beaverton and well supplied meeting our every need. The only caution is if you have trouble with stairs as you must go up one flight to the kitchen/living area and another to the bedrooms. Otherwise, you couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a personal or business trip.

Home away fromhome

The townhouse was perfect for our needs. t The hosts instructions were clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and comfortable. We would recommend Jennifer and her place to everyone. The worry about parking was a non issue thanks to the garage and driveway. Great find and easily accessible to all of the Portland area.

Phenomenal!

We just completed our second wonderful stay in this lovely property. The perfectly equipped townhome was a perfect fit for us, as we were in the process of taking care of home contractor issues. We discovered a few more walking routes, which we enjoyed immensely. Grocery stores and just about anything one could ever need are within a short driving distance. This property is certainly one of the best we have experienced on VRBO. Recommend without hesitation!

Perfect Location, Perfect Townhome!

We recently completed a 5 day stay in this perfect property. Everything we could ever need was generously supplied by the host. This home fit our needs perfectly! We especially enjoyed the neighborhood walking daily, even in the midst of a continuing April rain season! We have already booked a second, much longer stay in Jennifer and Rachel's lovely townhome! Easily 5 stars!

Loved the location

Really liked this place for it’s location , the excellent communication with the property manager , cleanliness and how well it was stocked for a long visit. Really nice comfortable beds. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. For those who have trouble with steps - this is your typical Portland area townhouse / condo - two sets of steep stairs. We are in our 60’s but managed to use them without too much fuss. The area is great for walking and biking if you wish. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. You can walk to a coffee shop . It is a very quiet place to stay,. Enjoy

Our stay

House is clean and comfortable. Neighbors are quiet. Just be sure you are good with steep stairs. There’s two sets of them. We enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Week

Immaculate and comfortable. Great townhome that was close to supermarket and could walk to Starbucks. You will need a car as it is located in the suburbs. Only bit of advice is that the stairs are steep on two levels so elderly people should be in good shape. Thank you!

Great condo in Beaverton!

We stayed in Jennifer's condo for a week while we were visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren who live in Beaverton. What a great choice it was! The location was convenient to main roads, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc., with a 20-minute or so drive to Portland. The condo is well-furnished, comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, linens, and towels. Though the units are close together, the home itself is very quiet and soundproof inside, and we never heard the neighbors on either side. My grandchildren slept over a few nights, too, which was a treat for all of us since we hadn't seen each other since pre-pandemic 2019. Rachel, the local property manager, responded swiftly to any questions we had. Many thanks, Jennifer and Rachel. We look forward to future stays here!

Great host, great property, great stay!

I’ve rented various properties on VRBO over the past 10 years. This is by far the nicest, with a very easy-going and accommodating host and a lovely home. I think the real difference is it isn’t just a rental, the host still lives there part of each year. It was recently redone so everything is brand new and fresh but also the accoutrements were helpful for really living there during your stay, not just sleeping there. We were visiting our 20-something kids who lived nearby but hung out with us because the kitchen, dining room, fireplace and TV were so comfy and spacious it was a nice place to be. I also appreciated having a real bathtub and functional kitchen, just like at home. The hosts were great, accommodating (thanks for the meat thermometer!), and helpful, as well as kindly leaving us some holiday treats and decorations to welcome us. All in all, a perfect stay - we’ll definitely be back!! :-)

Beaverton Condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and a great location to many services. The king bed was very comfortable, which I find very important when out of town. All kitchen amenities where there as well and a working washer and dryer. I will denfinite stay again if given the opportunity and would highly recommend to others.
