Ligger rett ved Amapas-stranden, med privat tilgang til stranden. Enkel tilgang og en rask 3-minutters spasertur til Los Muertos-stranden og en 10-minutters spasertur til byen (eller enkel 4-minutters drosje / Uber Ride) for å nyte alle restauranter, butikker og uteliv.

Enheten ligger i midten av 4. etasje. It’s a beautiful condo on the fourth floor so very close to hear the ocean’s crashing waves. The kitchen had everything you need and what a pleasure to cook with gas.Each bedroom has an en-suite so privacy for everyone. The balcony is quite large and we spent a lot of time there when we weren’t at the rooftop pool. The food at the restaurant or room service was good. Poolside cocktails were appreciated. The Main Street in front of the condo is closed but you can get to town via the beach path. We used a grocery delivery service to stock up for our stay. All the employees are super friendly, be sure and tip generously . Our only complaint would be the mattresses need replacing, otherwise 5 stars.

Awesome stay

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The beachfront views are truly breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean scenery was a dream. Whether sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying sunsets from the loungers, the location couldn’t be more perfect.The swimming pools were immaculate and beautifully designed, with options for lounging in the sun or relaxing in shaded areas. We especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach – it felt like something out of a luxury travel magazine.Inside, the home was just as impressive. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with every comfort you could ask for. The on property restaurant made wonderful meals and delicious margaritas. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly pampered.The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. This stay was nothing short of perfect – a true luxury retreat. We can’t wait to come back!We had four condos booked in the same building, this was our favorite unit.

Beautiful property

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sayan Beach. The property was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the roof top pool incredible. Since two of us were working while there, it was very important that the internet (wifi and cellular data) were strong and reliable. We were grateful that this was the case. We loved the place and are looking forward to returning next year.

Awesome flat!

I can't say enough about our experience. The photos don't do the flat justice. Modern, clean, the building amenities are outstanding, the condo staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The building is located right on the water with insane views, just perfect! Christian (the property manager) was very communicative, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely try to book this flat the next time we visit PV. You won't be disappointed. Gracias por todo!

Wonderful Experience

This was an annual family trip. The condo was beautiful, the views were amazing and the people working at the complex (security and Christian and the restaurant people)could not have been more kind and generous. I would recommend Sayan Beach to everyone. The only thing wrong was that you are not really near anything but the beach so taxi's and Uber were utilized quite a bit. My adult children walked it but my husband and myself could not traverse the path to walk. The TV system was kind of wonky but not everyone are news aholics like us.

Absolutely Amazing Property

This was the best vacation our family has ever taken, due primarily to the quality of this property and the staff there. My wife and I brought four of our children, ages 16, 17, 23, & 25. Everyone had an amazing time. Not everything was perfect, but some things were better than expected. PROS: The condo and its view are beyond amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Responsive owner, attentive manager, and helpful security staff. Security arranged all our outings, including a private boat for a day, massages on the balcony, ALMA tickets, and countless advice for shopping, hiking, and dining. The pools were incredible, as was the beach. Location was perfect. We felt secluded and safe, but all the excitement of the Romantica Zone was a 5 minute Uber ride away. CONS: The A/C can be tricky. The bedrooms got hot but the main area would be ice cold. We mostly left the bedroom doors open at night and the fans worked well. The igniter on the grill didn't work, but security brought me a lighter. The rooftop pool had a little construction going on, and wasn't always open, but we preferred the bigger pools below and being closer to the beach. Everything else was perfect. The gym and restaurants are top notch. We will absolutely be returning to this property. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in PV. It will easily work for a party of 8. Don't book any outings before you go. Let the security staff save you a ton of money.

AMAZING location, drinks, restaurant!

This place is unreal! We stayed with our family of 5, kids age 4-12 and we all had a blast! The staff is friendly and the kids felt at home, great vibes! We loved the pool on the top, and the kids loved the piñatas! Jim’s unit was amazing, modern yet warm. Christian was terrific, he organized groceries to be stocked in the condo, (tequila upon arrival, does it get any better?) We had been to Sayan pre-Covid and we fell in love, the love continues! The only down side, which is out of the control of Sayan, is that the path we generally took to town, which is a cute cobblestone street on the east side of the condo, is not accessible due to construction of another place. Just an FYI, and it wouldn’t really matter if you didn’t know it existed previously… 10/10 amazing and I can’t wait to return!

The place is amazing with all the needed amenities. The pool staff is attentive and the food here is amazing as well. Last but certainly not least the view from the rooftop pool is breathtaking!

Fabulous!

We shared a wonderful family reunion in PV. The condo is spectacular!!! It is close to downtown and a short uber or taxi ride to other locations. The property manager was great. The pool, bar, and gym were perfection. Can't wait to visit again.

Amazing Property in PV

Breathtaking views every morning, noon and night. Christian was amazing and helped with tips and suggestions on how to best get around town and where to shop. The hotel staff were amazing as well. Specially Mel and Omar. Made every time we came back to our condo feel like home. The accommodations were perfect for a family of four- two of them teens- everyone had their own space and a lot of shared space to make good memories. I would come back here and will recommend it to my friends ;)

Amazing vacation in this stunning accommodation!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location - you will truly love it when you come here! Spacious, gorgeously designed and quality furnished decorated apartment absolutely everything you could need. The views are so incredible, an absolute highlight of the property and from all the pools - we were so happy we stayed here instead of a hotel. This condiminium block has all the best parts of a resort anyway and with the exclusivity. There are stunning pools, bars, restaurant on-site - it was actually hard to leave and go anywhere else!!! Never felt so relaxed on a vacation and was mesmerised with the views most of the time. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and interesting! We loved meeting them - they made the holiday special. Christian the apartment host is totally charming, a pleasure to talk to and was there to settle us in on check-in answering our many questions and greeting us with wine and cookies ;-) Puerto Vallarta itself has so much to explore - the nightlife was lively, tasty restaurants of all kinds and always lovely people!.. We got ubers cheaply and easily to get around ($3-4 each way) and we even ventured on the local buses which was fun. But its just as easy to walk there and back. Not to be missed.... The amazing boat tours (we went on luxury snorkelling by Vallarta Adventures which was fantastic) and the Botanical gardens - beautiful -with lovely restaurant where you can feed hummingbirds. These two excursions were the highlights of our vacation.

Stunning property!!!

We absolutely loved this amazing condo! It lived up to it's listing and our expectations. It was immaculate, bedding was great, and it was very roomy. The veranda was exceptional, very large, nicely furnished, and views and sounds of the ocean were amazing. Morning coffee on the veranda was priceless. All of the employees were super from the concierge to restaurant staff. Christian, the manager, greeted us as we arrived and answered all of our questions. All in all, i would highly recommend this property and we would stay there again. Do not hesitate to book this property. Incidentals: infinity pool was awesome, condo had any tool, appliance you might need, 2 coffee pots, ample towels, bathrooms well appointed, restaurant was very good and we ate breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there.

Views for Days

I recently stayed here for Pride and had a great experience! The highlight was definitely the amazing pool, which was perfect for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. The balcony provided breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe every evening. Moreover, the rental had fantastic amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Its close proximity to both the beach and downtown area made exploring a breeze. I highly recommend this vacation rental for an unforgettable getaway!

I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over 15 years and have always loved my vacations here. I have been looking to buy a place to "Get Away To" . I wanted the place to be right on the beach, have a great town within walking distance, have an amazing culture, good restaurants, shopping, be very safe, yet most importantly feel warm and inviting just like my own home.... Then the amazing Sunsets SOLD me on Puerto Vallarta! After extensive searching, I found this top rated Condo building that has the best location and amenities available in PV. I try to go down every 6-7 weeks for long weekends.. It is truely paradise!
I wanted to open my place up to people that will truely enjoy their time and treat the condo as they would thier own.

I fell in love with this place because the views are spectacular, the roof top pool is amazing, it is in walking distance to everything I want to do, the staff is wonderful, the Unit is spacious and very warm, yet has a Resort feel! And the Sunsets are Breathtaking!
