"Star of the Sea" er en 4 Bdrms./3. 5 bad på en CORNER rett over gaten fra havet med fri utsikt og privat tilgang til stranden. Ocean Blvd. W. - 1/2 kilometer fra bro med mulighet for oppvarmet privat basseng. Den direkte utsikten mot stranden er helt åpen uten hindringer ... Du ser bokstavelig talt på bølgene dunke på sandstranden! Det er viklet rundt dekk (fra foran til bak i begge etasjer)! Sitt på verandaen og se på og hør på bølgene som styrter ned på sanden rett foran deg, eller sett deg på en overbygd veranda med utsikt over bassenget, eller se på båtene som går forbi på vannveien. Nylig renovert i vinter med nytt hallgulv, maling langs trapperom og oppdatert TV i master, ny terrassebord på verandaen og nytt utvendig landskapsarkitektur.

Den gode tingen med dette hjemmet er at hvis stranden er for varm eller for overfylt, kan du ta turen til din egen svømmehistorie i privat inngjerdet bakgård oase. Slapp av ved bassenget i et rolig miljø, svøm noen runder, eller spill bassengbasketball i et av de største bassengene på øya Holden Beach!

Parkering med 2 sider under hjemmet for biler og deretter ta turen til koralldøren som fører deg til din oase for uken. Velg mellom ett av to soverom vendt mot stranden eller ett av de to bak (ett med utsikt over bassenget). To av de fire soverommene har til og med en vikling rundt verandaen langs hele siden av huset med nordlig ende med utsikt over bassenget. Tredje nivå har et åpent gulvkonsept med halvt bad / stue / spisestue, arbeidsbar på arbeidsområdet på øya på kjøkkenet, og stort kjøkken fullt utstyrt med servise, glass, verktøy, gryter og panner .... fint spiskammer også. Eller nyt den enorme verandaen på dette nivået med utsikt over havet eller gå rundt omsluttende dekk til den overbygde verandaen med utsikt over bassenget.

TV-er med kabel i hvert rom. Smart TV i Master Bdrm. Bøker / spill i stuen. Strand- / bassengleker i nedre uteskapet for din bruk --- bare husk å rengjøre dem før du setter tilbake i skapet. Hent WiFi overalt hjemme.

Bassenget rengjøres en gang i uken og overvåkes midt i uken (hvis du ønsker ekstra overvåkning / rengjøring av bassenget, mot tilleggsgebyr). Dette er et av de største bassengene på øya og kan varmes opp ..... FORSIKR OM OPPBEVARINGSKOSTNADER TIDIG FOR BESTILLING.

Dette hjemmet ligger på et hjørneområde og ligger ganske nær hovedinngangen til øya Holden Beach og ligger innen 1/2 -3/4 kilometer til Children s Park, basketballbaner, Holden Beach Chapel, rådhuset, postkontoret og 3 restauranter (ligger på øya). Bryggen ligger like ved veien ca. 1 mil. Flere andre restauranter, vannsklier, putt-putt golf, butikker, isbarer rett over broen. Holden Beach Island er et fantastisk og morsomt sted å skape minner for familier mens man minner om de dagene med sommerferier.

The property was fantastic! The side porch was the perfect spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or play games after a long day at the beach. Rooms were spacious and there was plenty of places to gather with family or sit quietly and read a book. Bedrooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The pool is large with plenty of seats to lounge. The property was exactly as advertised. The host was always available to ask questions and offer recommendations. Loved how centrally located the property was to the restaurants. We could easily hop in our bikes and ride to grab lunch at Mermaids or Italian ice. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation Rental!!!We had an amazing stay! It was the perfect setup for two families, with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 2–6). Everyone had their own space, and the home was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I think they own every kitchen gadget you could think of.One of the biggest highlights was the heated pool. After long days at the beach, the kids loved coming back to swim, and it quickly became a favorite part of the trip.The beach access couldn't have been more convenient—just across the street. Even better, the host provided everything needed for a fun and easy beach day, including beach chairs, a wagon, a small shade umbrella, and more toys than we could count. It made packing so much easier and allowed us to travel lighter.What really stood out was how much the host cared about her guests. We rented a golf cart during our stay, and the rental company accidentally forgot to provide a charging cable. When we mentioned the issue, the host immediately offered to drop one off for us. That level of responsiveness and thoughtfulness showed how committed she is to making sure her guests have a wonderful experience.We highly recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing, fun-filled beach vacation and can’t wait to stay here again!

We thank you for your feedback! Although we used to have cable…more and more demand for fire sticks and/or smart tv’s. Sorry! We exterminate the house on a monthly schedule. Unfortunately, water bugs are always at the beach —especially when we have had lots of rain. We are in the midst of upgrading this property —we do a little bit each year. We are doing away with Jets in Master Tub as they tend to be problematic. Thank you for being our guests and so glad you enjoyed the fabulous and panoramic views of the unobstructed view of waves crashing onto beachfront from third level. Everybody loves having the large private pool in back yard and proximity to the private access to beach! Please come back to visit us!

Amazing location, with beach access right across the street! The floor plan was perfect for our group, which included 2 small children and our in-laws. We really enjoyed the pool and the charcoal grill. The property was very clean, although could use some updating (for example, the decking around the pool needs some TLC).

The owner communication was incredible. Owner was very responsive to our needs after having a power outage and electrical failures due to bad weather. He sent an electrician over the very next day and they were able to fix some of the issues, but we still had some lights that just didn’t work. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, but can use some updating. Especially in the lighting and electrical department. I give the owner 5 stars, but the home itself 3.5-4 stars.-April

Overall a decent property. The pool was dirty with sand and debris on steps and bottom of the pool. We contacted host and she came to look at the pool and take pictures. The pool guy was to come the next day but didn’t show until the last day of our trip. Host was apologetic and offered a discount if we were to book another trip. Should have offered something this trip due to this was one of reasons we booked the house it had a pool.

The pool was cleaned by the owner of the pool cleaning company on the day you checked in---a Saturday. With the high winds and constant rain, sometimes sand debris sometimes gets into the pool --even with the privacy 5' fence we have surrounding it. Sorry if it took him an extra day to get back to clean it a second time for you. We tried! But, we thank you for staying with us as you enjoyed the wonderful views of the beach from the living room and all of the outdoor space. Please come back again soon!

Thank you for your kind words. I guess because there are so many cabinets I. Kitchen and it is so large, pots go in one spot, fry pans in another, serving bowls/dishes in yet another. Plates in one…glass separate…we try to keep each format separately so we can do inventory control easier to ensure you have all the items you would expect in a top kitchen. Fabulous

What a wonderful vacation home . The house suited our needs perfectly. The view was phenomenal, the pool area was wonderful (very large pool, comfortable seating in both the sun and the shade), kitchen was well equipped. Loved the shade porch overlooking the pool. The hosts were available to answer any questions we would have and were very accommodating. It is a short walk to the beach and the beach cart and chairs provided by the hosts made everything easy.I guess the best recommendation is we are looking to rent again next summer.

Great Location and Beautiful Home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and convenient to shopping. The house is pleasantly decorated with open airy feel in the living area. Great view from front deck and nice seating area around to the rear of that deck. Pool was greatly enjoyed by the grandchildren, especially. While we did encounter a couple of issues at first. They were quickly resolved. Very attentive owner who strives to make your stay wonderful. Hope to come back in the future.

End of Summer trip

Loved the location. The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed the pool and the decks, especially the little sitting area off of the kitchen. The house was comfortable and we took turns cooking meals. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Star of the Sea. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two children. The well-stocked kitchen with island allowed for two people to prepare meals. The pool was large enough for us all to play and swim in. Beach access was so convenient. The true star was the view from the front balcony. Another covered porch looks out over the pool. Owner was very accommodating and helpful, replying to questions quickly. Bedrooms are good size. Two bunk beds in one room, with its own bathroom. Spacious master has king bed and own en suite. The other bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. One of those bedrooms has glass panel French doors (with light curtains) that inhibits privacy in that room a bit. Holden Beach maintains a ‘residential’ atmosphere that contributes to a relaxing vacation. We will return to this house and would recommend to our friends and families.

Great location

This was a great house for our group of six adults and four children to stay in for a long weekend. Location was great and the communication with the property management was really good.

Even better in person

We had such a wonderful long weekend at Holden Beach. We were surprised when we got there that the property was even better than we expected. The view of the ocean is amazing and the pool is huge. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The host was amazing to work with and answered any questions that we had in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.
