We loved our stay. It was parking level, so we enjoyed the fact we didn’t have to use the elevators to carry in carts of luggage, groceries or worry about traveling the elevator with our handicapped family member. Everyone was friendly and it was a great place for a family vacation. We will definitely be returning.

Not impressed with the way any of the beds slept. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. We all woke up with stiff necks and achy backs! We had three different rooms on different floors and they all were this way. No extra necessities like one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper, or one extra roll of paper towels would have been nice. It took all evening just to dry one load of towels. For what this cost, I would never stay here again!

This was the perfect condo for our annual family beach trip. My mom is on a walker and can’t to stairs or long distances. Being able to park on the 11th floor right outside of our condo was a HUGE plus! The lazy river is my kids’ favorite. Thank you for a wonderful place to make another year of vacation memories!

Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend the Oasis in general to others, the elevators are a nightmare. Way too many people for the 6 elevators in the complex. In addition the parking garage takes a long time to migrate up 11 floors. The complex is not clean in the common areas. The unit itself was fine.

Christmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II 1110. The room and property were very nice. This was a great location for a large family holiday. We were excited to use the pool and had a good experience with the pool the first couple of days, but later in our stay the pool became unreasonably cold. We made use of the workout room, but were disappointed in the amount of equipment that was not maintained and did not work. We found a fish hook in the bedding of one of the beds and had internet issues the last day of our stay. While overall, we had an amazing holiday, I did not expect the hiccups from this type of property.

Enjoyed this complex

This was our second time staying at this complex, since we had such a good time at the last stay. The complex is larger than we like, but the elevators were efficient. The condo itself was great - well appointed and well stocked.

The condo is nice. It is time to upgrade the living room furniture though. The sofa and chairs are very "broken in" and need to be updated. Some of my party also complained about the mattress'. It might be time to spend some $$$ and update the beds and furniture.

Perfect for families

Who stayed: 4 adults and 2 toddlers Pros: Agents responded to my messages within hours pre-visit and during visit (Julie). Parking on condo level makes it super easy to load and unload. We never had any issues finding a parking spot right next to the entrance door. The new snack bar was a game-changer! We ate lunch there daily. The unit was super clean and we were even able to get an early check in. Only Con: Elevators are a nightmare around 3:30-4 for check in. Very long waits and they tend to stop on every floor. But, I also feel like this is common at every large condo tower.

Family Vacation at Orange Beach

First, Julia, the property manager was great --spot on with any question I had, prompt, polite, and professional! The property itself is in a beautiful location, and seems to be in the process of rebranding from Phoenix to Oasis. It seems to me that the change will be a positive one. Our condo was 1110, overall very nice, although I feel it could have been cleaner. In short, we would go back to the property again. The entire area was beautiful, with lots of restaurants and things to do! I read where many people complain about the elevators, and yes, at certain times of the day they are very busy, but overall doable most of the time. A big shout out to the beach chair crew from Ike's Rentals. They are such hard workers!
