Stayed as a party of four and I, personally, felt the unit was pretty dated. The flooring (carpet in particular) was not in very good shape! The shower liner was very stained and I felt it was odd that it would be used as at home, I change them frequently as they are very disposable. Also, being on the “ground floor” meant accessing unit by going down three flights of steps and leaving meant going up three flights of steps to parking lot. Not the best case scenario! That being said….the view is wonderful! Lots of hot water for dishes and showers! Verrrrry comfortable beds! Kitchen was decent but very narrow and the icemaker seemed not to keep up making ice. First world problems! Loll. The price was very reasonable so I was super happy because I was in Summit county with a place that had an amazing view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very outdated. The TV's were old and unable to stream anything. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans however, these were very old and scratched. Could not find a good pan to cook meals in. There is no AC so must keep windows open at all times however, the noise from the traffic was overwhelming. Definitely NOT the place if you're looking for peace and quiet. The description read 'ground floor' however, the front door was accessible only by going up and down 2.5 flights of stairs. Would be hard to do wth any type of disability. The staff was very helpful when I called for access to the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! They thought of everything you might need. Were amazingly responsive to any questions. Good location for a central place to travel from. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location. Very convenient to Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge. The condo was not the cleanest. We felt the bedding needed washed along with the blankets in the living room. There were towels and dishes that were not clean but put away. The dishwasher soap dispenser had clearly been broke for a while and the after trying to dry a load of laundry we noticed the lent filter was so full we couldn’t even get it all scraped out. We did enjoy the beautiful view, the people we met at the condo, and the hot tubs.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is comfortable and roomy. Has plenty of good amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. Management is responsive. Hot tub was nice. Beds were okay. Mildly firm. Great view. The apartment is the 3rd floor down though so there are stairs. Management is responsive to questions. Minor complaint is that the dishwasher is very old and does a horrible job cleaning things. Dishes were very grimy so we hand washed everything. Would stay here again though.

Reviewer Comments: Best view I've ever had in a condo rental.furniture was comfortable, well stocked kitchen.cleanliness was just ok, bathtub/shower not great. ice machine frozen solid, so had to fix that to get ice. extremely small washer/dryer combo, very cramped kitchen. very small TV. None of these are deal breakers, just go in knowing all this.

The view is beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was ok. It was a place to make dinner and sleep. We were gone doing things all day, but the cleanliness of the place did not meet my expectation especially when you are charged a hefty cleaning fee. Dead bugs splattered on walls and bathroom countertops, fan is VERY dusty along with the whole place. Screen door is broke. Beds were comfy, nice pillows I do want to state that you have to go down three flights of stairs to get into the condo!! That wasn’t stated anywhere when booking, so it’s good to know if you have kids or are elderly. Beautiful view of Dillion reservoir! Overall I would Say it was ok, just need better cleaners and a little TLC! :)

Beautiful view!

This property was very comfortable and in a great location. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. Would love to come back again.

Lake Forest condo on Lake Dillon

The view from this condo is the best we've had in our 25 years of renting for our annual ski trip. This condo is spacious, w/ 2 queen beds in the guest room which was awesome for our 2 daughters. The condo also has alot of storage - including roomy dressers in the bedrooms and plenty of closet space, pantry in the kitchen, etc. We also loved the hot tubs. There were some cons: the pillows are HARD and need to be replaced, the garage door stopped working the night before we left, the shower in the master bathroom needs an update (old bathtub faucet/shower head, tile needs a good cleaning, more towel racks, etc.), the kitchen needs more lighting and more silverware, the washer knob is tricky and hard to turn. We did contact the mgmt company re: the pillows and garage door and got a quick response, however, no one ever showed up to fix either problem. Given all of that, I'm not sure we would rent this specific condo again.
