Denne vakre to soverom, to bad strand leilighet på Summit på Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort har alt du ønsker for en avslappende strandferie. Fullstendig renovert og profesjonelt innredet i sensommeren 2018. Alle rommene er innredet med nye møbler, kroneforming og smakfull kunstverk. Laminatgulv og skipsskjermer er installert overalt. Alle badene inkluderer nye forfengelighet med kvartsitt topper, vakre flislagte dusjer, nye inventar og maskinvare. Vårt kjøkken inneholder nye hvitevarer i rustfritt stål og en viltvoksende kvartsittplattform, og kjøkkenkrok med full overlegg. Vi har også en ny full størrelse, front-load vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Det store soverommet har en king size-seng med en ny premium luksusmadrass, 55 "flatskjerm Samsung veggmontert 4K Ultra smart TV og trådløs Bluray-spiller. Gjestesoverommet har to full size-senger, med nye luksuriøse madrasser, og en 55 "flatskjerm Samsung veggmontert 4K Ultra smart TV og trådløs Bluray-spiller. Stuen har en sovesofa, og en 65 "flatskjerm Samsung veggmontert 4K Ultra smart TV og trådløs Bluray-spiller. Spisestuen seter seks og vi har WiFi service overalt. Våre balkong vender mot havet og gir en fantastisk utsikt over Mexicogolfen, hvor du ofte kan se delfiner.

Våre gjester har tilgang til et vakkert, privat oppvarmet basseng og boblebad på The Summit som ligger bare noen skritt fra vår enhet, eller du kan bruke oppvarmet basseng ved bassenget og boblebadet. Stranden ved bassenget ble renovert i januar 2017. Gassgriller er tilgjengelige ved bassenget ved Summit-bassenget. Stranden er en kort 200 meter spasertur fra toppmøtet. Vi tilbyr en sammenleggbar strandvogn med brede slitebiler, to Tommy Bahama strandstoler med innebygde kjølere, en stor paraply og strand leker for bruk av våre gjester. Anlegget tilbyr strand service mot en ekstra avgift hvis nødvendig.

Tops'l er et fredelig, familieferie med 600 meter privat strand ved siden av et naturreservat som gir 4 miles av beskyttet strand for hyggelige lange turer.

Det finnes tre restauranter / barer på feriestedet. The Blue Dunes Restaurant and Bar ligger ved bassenget ved stranden. Tiki Bar ligger i Tops'l Racquet Club, og den lokalt anerkjente Ocean Club ligger ved inngangen til Tops'l ved siden av feriestedets sikkerhet. Tops'l tilbyr gratis transporttjeneste overalt og til nærliggende Baytowne Wharf. Tops'l ligger beleilig til Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands kjøpesenter, kinoer, butikker på Grand Boulevard og mange av Floridas beste golfbaner.

Absolutely LOVED our stay!! Condo had everything we needed, and the resort amenities were wonderful. The close proximity to the beach was a major perk, and the bar at the pool was a yummy bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo to other families like ours to enjoy! Loved our week in the sun!

Unforgettable Trip

This condo is perfect for a family looking to travel light. It has all of the basics plus more! The beach wagon, chairs, and toys made the walk to the beach a breeze. I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo to avoid piles of dirty clothes. Mr. Tom was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions. This was truly one of the best resorts that I’ve stayed at.

Better than expected!

The photos do not do it justice!!! The condo was so clean, spacious and closer to the water than anticipated. It was a beautiful view every morning. Also, The Summit had the best pool and hot tub. Tom was awesome to work with and we hope to stay again!

You will not be disappointed with this condo and surrounding amenities. The condo has all that our little family needed. Great space and the view was fabulous. Fantastic Beach Rental!

My family of 5 stayed here in July 2024 and we loved the condo. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. The private beach and amenities were perfect for a family beach getaway.

Home away from home

This property is absolutely stunning. You can tell the owners love this unit as every room is updated and super clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with things you need. Even with things you don’t think you need (like pens and notepads). The view was beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach (like 5 mins) . The bbq is right outside the elevators you’d use. The pools are a nice size. We used it maybe 2x because we really wanted to stay on the beach. This was a great place to stay overall as Destin (definitely more touristy) was 10 miles away so you had some relief of that congestion. Communication with Tom was excellent. The only downside of my trip was that it was too short. We loved it so much I asked for an extra day. It was amazing and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great location

This condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and has beach chairs/umbrella/wagon supplied on the back porch which overlooks the pool along with peekaboo views of the ocean and sand dunes. You can also choose to rent beach set up where you have beach access. There are atleast 3 pools to choose from, all in close proximity along with a bar, basketball, and pickle ball. There are all the things my family and I were able to see and experience. The condo itself is well kept, very clean, and comfortable sleeping. It is very clear to me that this owner takes pride in his property and we will definitely be returning.

Very nice property and views!

My husband and I stayed here to visit friends that were camping at Topsail Nature Preserve, so the location was perfect. The unit itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and I think this unit had literally everything. Cookware. Bakeware. Plenty of serving and meal dishes. Every day things...scissors, pencils and notepads. I'm sure everyone has stayed somewhere that had nothing in the drawers. Little things, but things you need. Communication with the host Tom was very good. Improvements seemed to be ongoing and Tom kept us in the loop about things that were need to know. It's nice to have a unit that is so well done and nice to see the surrounding grounds and pools being well kept. The location is close to good shopping and good restaurants. Lastly, you cannot beat the beautiful views of the gulf. You can't go wrong with this condo unit. It's exactly as described.

Beautiful condo with ocean view

This was our first time in this area and we could not have asked for a more perfect place! We loved how close this was to the beach as well as all of the other fun towns that we wanted to check out. Everything about this property is magnificent. It is obvious that the owners love their unit, and provide everything that you need to feel at home while on vacation. Amazing Condo at Tops'l Summit

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The complex is very safe as they scan every ID of guests who drive in. Condo was spotless clean and well equipped. The condo was also beautiful and nicely furnished. The owners provided chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed when we prepared meals in. Tom, the host, was very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful condo in a prime location. This was our first time to the area and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We appreciated the wagon, chairs and boogie boards. Perfect for kids. We will definitely be back and would stay here again!

Summer 2022

We loved this condo! This was our third trip to this area and this was BY FAR our favorite place to stay. Extremely clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. The decor was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. Location was perfect—short walk to the beach without a road to cross which is definitely a plus with three small children. We were also happy to find the there is a ramp on the beach access boardwalk which was perfect for our wagon. The pool options were great too! We loved the pool at the beach with the bar and restaurant. We hope to stay again during our next visit to Destin!

Very Nice Property

We brought our kids to visit the beach and spend time with our oldest son's class for spring break. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Easy access and check-in, a good sized pool, and a short walk to the beach. All the amenities of home.
