The home was perfect for our family of 10! 6 adults and 4 kids!Spacious and the pool and outdoor area were amazing!!! A bathroom in every bedroom is a plus....washer and dryer were great. The kitchen was big and and had everything you needed!!Housekeeping four of the 7 days was nice too!Laura the property manager who helped us was wonderful!We would definitely recommend this VRBO!!

Beautiful home with great spaces for everyone. No one wanted to leave at the end of the week. Nice water views, will be even better when surrounding construction finishes.

Beautiful house and beautiful views. Not the owners or hosts fault, but several houses under construction near this home so don’t be surprised to hear those noises.

Daily construction

Although the house is nice and located in a lovely community our stay was not relaxing. The next door property was constantly doing construction. Other neighbors as well but literally the next door neighbor was using hammers, saws, and extremely loud drilling or nail guns. Trying to relax with all the noise was nearly impossible. All our family videos had construction noise in the background. In addition to the ongoing construction noise there were two days we were unable to use the jacuzzi in the evenings as it was not warming up. Laura the concierge assistant came with a technician on two occasions to try to fix it, they’d turned it on for us and said it would warm up which it did not. The technicians finally got it to work on the third day. The AC in the smaller master was not cooling for a couple days, we were unable to sleep there as it was too hot. When I reached out to the host about the construction noise she said it was out of her control. I understand, however I do think she should have mentioned the ongoing construction on the listing description. If we had known there was construction next door and across the street from the property we would not have stayed there. Laura (Águeda’s assistant) was lovely and very apologetic for the issues we encountered, the host Águeda was not. I’ve stayed at many rentals throughout the years, I have never had a negative experience until now.

Blended Family of 7

The home was in a perfect, very safe location in Palmilla. Close to Palmilla Beach, a golf cart ride away from a great coffee shop and clubhouse with a gym. The house included all of the amenities you could want and provided no reason to want to leave. We spent a lot of time catching up in the infinity pool and around the tables over meals. Our host, Agueda, was attentive before and throughout our stay to arrange the golf cart, a dinner in the home, and with transportation. We made lots of memories here in our six days and hope to be back soon.

Great week with family

Well maintained property overlooking the Sea of Cortez near the One & Only Palmilla area. Beautiful infinity pool and hot tub with a fire pit and large bedrooms. Property managers, Agueda and Laura, took good care of us and found us a great chef, David, who made delicious breakfasts and dinners for the entire family. We had a great week there.

A perfect stay!

The villa was as described and even exceeded our expectations! Not only the spectacular ocean view but each bedroom is special and comfortable. Their are ample shared spaces from kitchen, living and outdoor areas which gave all of our family members places to gather and enjoy the villa even more. The Palmilla area was wonderful for daily walks. We even got to watch the Ironman event on the beach! The communication from our concierge was excellent responding immediately to our questions and requests. A big thank you for a wonderful stay!

Better than expected!

Amazing property, huge rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Well stocked with anything we needed, staff accommodating. Only Issue was that no one told us we would need to pay in cash for all the arrangements (transports, golf cart rental at house, etc.) and the nearest ATM charges 12% + a steep flat fee. Would have brought a lot of cash if we had been told. Would rent again.

Unbelievable Stay!

I truly can’t say enough about our stay at this home! Everything from start to finish was perfect. The home and view are stunning (pics don’t do it justice)! It was perfect for our party of 9 (two families with teenage kids). The beds were amazing, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen and living area had everything we could possibly need. The Palmilla community is the “Beverly Hills of Cabo”. Stunning homes, quiet neighborhood, tons of (respectful) security. I would recommend renting a golf cart to easily get to the Shops of Palmilla and The One & Only. But of course, the best part was the people! Our housekeeper, Guille, was perfect, so kind and extremely diligent. Chef Benny and his team are a MUST - we should have booked him even more! But our concierge, Maribel, was the best of all, absolutely a lifesaver! She handled EVERYTHING both before and during our trip and was extremely responsive. I was truly sad to say goodbye to her. We are very picky travelers, and there was not one thing I would have changed about this trip. Book this home NOW and get ready for one of your best vacations ever!

Wonderful Villa,Perfect for three families

Everyone loved the villa. Very spacious for three families with five adult children. Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi . We loved the outdoor TV/fireplace area.

Spectacular views, relaxing, very safe, gated community, infinity pool,friendly staff. And much more

Pure Heaven! The time spent here was like no other! We have been many places and have stayed in multiple hotels and Airbnb's. But not one could stand up to this house and all of what comes with it. The bedrooms are beautiful! Full bathrooms in all. Indoor and outdoor showers, full size tub in master bedroom. The kitchen is very open and spacious. It is also where we gathered most of the time. If we were not outside taking in the breath taking view in the infinity pool or hot tub or fire pit. Just an amazing house all around. The staff was super friendly and attentive. We wanted for nothing. Gigi was with us all week and was just a ray of sunshine and great at her job. We almost cried saying bye to her. Isela made sure whatever we needed we had from shuttles to dinner to helping us organize dinners at the house with Chef Benny and wife. Who were unbelievably fantastic! Freshest margaritas on the planet! I could write on and on about how great their food was!!! Just amazing! All in all if given this opportunity do not pass on this house!!!

Amazing home

We had an amazing stay!! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was perfect with lots of room. We really enjoyed the pool and having our coffee in the morning outside enjoying the beautiful view. It’s a very short drive down to a great public beach where the kids could swim. We loved having a cleaning person every day too!

Absolutely breathtaking!

We had a wonderful stay with the family. Our flight was supposed to be in at noon however our flight got canceled and we didn’t get in until 1am the next day and they were so gracious to get us food and meet us at the house so late. Couldn’t have had a better experience and will be back very soon.

Absolutely amazing villa...exceeded our expectations and then some!

We recently visited San Jose for a 40th birthday celebration with two other couples. From the second we stepped foot through the doors of the villa we were blown away! We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Kathya. The look and feel of the home was next level from the spacious and open floor plan to the expansive ocean views from almost every room. The pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez was amazing and we spent many evenings at the fire lounge area enjoying the view. The villa was fairly well stocked, could have used some additional items such as shot glasses, better knives and other miscellaneous baking/cooking items but overall we had everything we needed to feel at home! The rooms are all very large and feel private from the common areas. We also enjoyed the outdoor tv area and outdoor dining space (perfect for our private chef dinner with a live mariachi band!!!). The walk to the beach is closer than we thought with a quick short cut through the golf course. The private beach is breathtaking and very quiet. Overall our entire group was blown away with the villa and the central location. We all felt safe and at home the entire stay! Can’t wait to go back:)
