Perfect for families, this spacious and stylish villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Living Area:
The open-concept living area features tiled floors and stunning ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room opens onto a spacious oceanfront deck, perfect for enjoying the salty breeze and sunset views. The stylish interior and ample seating create a perfect space for relaxation or gathering with family.

Kitchen:
The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With its sleek design and open layout, it’s a perfect place to prepare meals while enjoying ocean views.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed with ocean views and deck access, plus a spacious, newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with comfortable furnishings.

I must be honest and say that the photos look better than the actual condo. It was a nice condo but had wear and tear. The shower handle in the master bathroom was broken, the tiles in the shower had been replaced/mismatched and not so clean, tears on the walls where bars had once been. The some of dining room lights were missing, shelves on the side of the refrigerator were all missing, and some of the living room furniture was quite worn. The carpet in the bunk beds bedroom was filthy. For the price we paid for three nights, I had hoped it would have been in better shape.The most difficult part of our stay was the fact that we only had two fobs for 8 people staying in the unit. It would have been nicer to have more fobs to accommodate the number of people as going on and off the beach needed a fob.I will say the ladies in the office were lovely and accommodating prior to our arrival and were kind to give us an extra parking pass. We did appreciate the offer for a discount rate on the night before or after our reservation, which my daughter took advantage of one of those extra nights (a day early).All in all, we had a nice family time being together (despite the extreme heat outside). We were grateful to be beach side and the views are remarkable from the unit. I just feel like the condo needs an overhaul of repairs to restore it to the once lovely condition I believe it once was. We appreciate the time spent together and love Folly Beach!

Thank you very much for the constructive review! We will work on those maintenance items and ensure they're good moving forward. As for the fobs and parking passes, unfortunately we are constrained by the limitations given to us by the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. That limitation states that we can only provide 2 parking passes and 2 fobs per unit. If we have more, of course we offer them! But unfortunately it all depends on the time of year and availability of amenities. We hope to host you again soon on the Charleston Coast!

Perfect for our vacation with friends. We loved the view from the balcony, location was perfect an easy walk to dining, the pier, and the beach. The pools were perfect too for relaxing & enjoying the ocean view without getting covered in sand!

Kitchen not well stocked, we ended up buying 2 pans, measuring spoons and measuring cups. No pizza pan, only 3 teaspoons (for cereal etc). Dining table chairs were cheap plastic that cut off circulation if you sat thru a meal. No curtains in living room, filmy curtains in master bedroom so you were wide awake by 6 am. A litany of small things eg light bulbs missing over dining table, stopped up sink in bathroom, electric socket in kitchen not working, no salt/pepper. Needs attention to detail for minimum requirements to rent.A table on deck for eating and comfortable chairs would have been nice

Our team has already replaced the missing bulbs, and we are currently working on a full kitchen restock and scheduling the window curtain installations during our upcoming guest turnovers. It's a bit tricky to get into the properties during the busy season, as we don't want to impose on a guest's stay and have such a small window between bookings, but we are on top of it. The condo unit is exceptional! It is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room with a beautiful view and proximity to the beach. It is even better than I expected. The restaurants were close by and served good food. It was not noisy. And there is covered parking. The not so great.The amenities to the building are not as nice as I expected. There is a small pool that is clean and secure but underwhelming. The pictures are better than the pool. The building is just old and dated in contrast to the unit. There are no other amenities that we could find. The badThere was a water line repair needed so we had no water for 8 hrs. Yes this was an emergency but we got no help until 6 hrs into the outage with instructions on where to use the restrooms and an offer to bring us water. I was traveling with my 85 year old parents and 2 young children, one with autism. The help should have been given much sooner. Allergen alert: there is old carpet in the bedrooms. The rest of the rooms have beautiful new floors! Overall, I would recommend this particular condo because it really is nice if you don't need a lot of amenities on property just a simple pool, beach, and cool little town in easy distance of Charleston.

Big beautiful balcony with plenty of seating which is perfect for watching the dolphins and surfers. The kitchen lacked some items like pot holders, towels (only one provided), only small cooking sheets, and no cheese grater. We had a large group and cooked often. Also, only one set of wash cloths and towels per person which left us washing laundry daily. Overall, it was a beautiful place, amazing tile accents, and a bar area.

Fabulous location in Folly Beach

The location was ideal with easy access to the beach, gorgeous views, and quick walks to great restaurants. On the downside, the mattresses in some rooms were uncomfortable and sqeaky, there was a dead dragonfly on the floor at check in and the balcony door didn't lock. ndspringswere were deadly

We had a roaring and very annoying loud sound that kept people from sleeping in the back two bedrooms. I reported it daily and maintenance came but did not correct noise. I would not come back

Wonderful stay.

The house was clean and spacious. 3 married couples and couple of teens. We could move around. Very good. Kitchen has pretty much everything we needed. Ability to do laundry was nice. Our only complaint was immediately resolved quickly. You have to use a key fob to get in AND OUT of the condo area to reach the beach. We only had 2 and so many adults. We would have to get in and then have someone met and the fence to get the fob for them to get in later. They delivered 2 more and we didn't even know they were going to. It's pretty close to everything. Loved the proximity to the pier. Beds slept great. Very good place to stay. Would recommend

Spring Break

Loved the location so close to the beach and downtown. The room gave everyone plenty of space and was great for gathering at night to hang out as a family. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Great view!!

Spacious condo; was very clean; plenty of space when friends and family there. Furniture was nice; durable and comfortable; beds/mattresses were in good condition; bathrooms had ample storage as did the kitchen. The issues that did arise were handled quickly by property management with constant communication. This is a well maintained and very clean property.

Quiet, perfect location

Bright, cheerful, easy walk to pier and downtown, balcony was perfect. The mattresses were thin and the bed linens were rough. Overall we had a comfortable stay for just a few nights.

Almost like home

Location was excellent .... only steps from the beach. Surf sound always present. Convenient to retail. All appliances worked. Dishware, cooking utensils, everything one needs. So comfortable and complete. Served our group of 10 perfectly.

Peace and Tranquility

Saylor's Folly and Folly Beach were amazing. The condo was very comfortable and spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean that provided a place of peace and calmness. When not at the beach, we spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace watching and listening to the waves. Loved the accessibility to shops, restaurants and the coffee shop next door. Took a bike ride up and down the streets admiring the beach houses. My daughter (21 years old) and her boyfriend (22 years old) joined me on this trip to celebrate the end of my breast cancer treatments. We couldn't have picked a better place for us all to enjoy and recharge. Can't wait to come back.
