Stort dekk på forsiden av huset gir flott utsikt over elven Guadalupe. 40 ft av private riverfront eiendom er perfekt for å tilbringe dagen svømming, kajakkpadling, tubing og avslappende. Hjemmet ligger på en 1/2 acre inngjerdet land gir privatliv og god plass for utendørsaktiviteter. kajakk med padle inkludert for gjestenes bruk.
Privat Guadalupe riverfront eiendom ligger over gaten 200 ft fra huset og inkluderer en stor stein patio noen få meter fra elva. Patio er perfekt for å sette opp baldakiner og stoler og tilbringe dagen. Seks stentrinn ved elvkanten gir mulighet for lett gangavstand til elv. Denne beliggenheten på elven er perfekt for vading, svømming, flytende i et rør eller bare slapper av mens du ser på andre flyter av. Tube og flåte utleie er ved siden av. Mat og drikke er tilgjengelig på Lone Star Float House, en kort spasertur oppover elveveien.
Hjemmet er fullt møblert med et åpent kjøkken / spisestue / stue som inkluderer mange ekstra fasiliteter. Stor øy for ekstra sitteplasser i komplett kjøkken som inkluderer retter, alle hvitevarer og kokekar. Sengetøy, badehåndklær, puter og sengetøy er inkludert for alle senger. Stue har 2 hvilestoler og 2 futons, flatskjerm HD TV, DVD og VCR. Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng og kabel-TV. Gjestesoverommet har en queen size-seng med kabel-TV og det andre gjesterommet har en tvilling over to køyesenger og en tvilling over full køyeseng. Huset har høyhastighets internett / WIFI og kabel-TV. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel er tilgjengelig for din bekvemmelighet. En gassgrill og kullgrill er tilgjengelig for bruk. 2 av soverommene har flatskjerm-TV med kabel.
Gjester må være 25 år eller eldre for å reservere og må bo på eiendommen. Dette hjemmet har maksimalt belegg på 12 gjester. Denne maksimale belegget må ikke overskrides når som helst. Ingen dagtid tillatt.
Huset ligger beleilig til 15 minutter fra sentrum av New Braunfels, historiske Gruene og Schlitterbahn vannpark. Shopping er bare 20 minutter unna ved uttaket Mall of San Marcos. Nærliggende attraksjoner i San Antonio inkluderer Alamo, Fiesta Texas og den berømte San Antonio River Walk, bare 30 minutter unna. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and fully stocked. The extra room off the kitchen was a nice overflow when needed. It had an extra sink, toilet, refrigerator, and washing machine and dryer. Close walk to the river. The deck was a perfect place for my pups to hang out.

We absolutely loved this property! It was right across the road from the river which was great for easily walking to the river! We loved that the yard was completely fenced in with a beautiful front porch and deck for us yo relax and let the dogs outside to enjoy the view of the river! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Everything was great! There is a sprinkler system that goes off right by the stairs, and if you dont know, it will spray you...haha i found that out...but everything was great!!!

GLAMPING AT ITS BEST!!!!

I would recommend newer pots and pans, replace/fix the shower head and check the games as most were incomplete. But overall, it was nice. The river front was a steep walk up and the river bank grass were overgrown. The river was perfect, not to deep or too shallow.

Nice River Property

We had a great time at this house. There is riverfront access. The A/C worked great which was a huge bonus. It was very clean and in a great location for our river needs. Long gone are the days of us tent & RV camping at the Guadalupe. This is the best way to enjoy the river! Thanks for hosting us!

House Was Okay - Waterfront Area Was Misrepresented

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While our experience with checking in and out was smooth, the property was quite different than advertised on the website. The home itself was fine, although quite a bit older than the images appear, it was clean with comfortable AC. Our issue is with the "riverfront" area, which was nothing like pictured except for the pad area. The steps pictured multiple times leading into the river do NOT exist. Instead, it is a mud slope through 5 feet of tall grass and trash - two chairs at the river edge, along with discarded clothing. While you cannot keep people from dumping while they float, these items had been there awhile proving the area was not inspected before our arrival.The clean and pristine river edge shown in multiple images does not exist, the entire river edge is 5-foot tall grass on both sides of the property entrance. That is a haven for snakes to nest in and that is what we would have to walk through to access the river. The bolder featured just inside the river on your photos has been graffitied, image has been included, adding to the serene experience of the busted canopies flanking the river edge at the business one house over. Response from NBE was that we should’ve contacted them during our stay to have maintenance come mow. *That would’ve taken up a day of our two full days there. The grass had been growing for weeks if not months, where nobody is monitoring just profiting.

We have a professional lawn company that services the home every 2 weeks, we apologize that they did not mow all the way to the rivers edge. The do however mow the step entrance on both sides. Once you brought this to our attention we sent a lawn company that knocked it out in 3 hrs. The steps are there it is just that the water level is low so the stairs are farther back on the property. We do not own the bolder in the river and we have maintenance service the home between guests. We cannot monitor it every day when people litter our beautiful river. Had you contacted us during your stay we would have been happy to send the appropriate service out but to ask for a discount days after your departure and without giving us an opportunity to fix any issues you found is simply not how we do business.

Lazy at the Lazy A

The one item that was off turning for me (elderly) was that the river was so much below the house that trips back up the hill were very hard. I think the pictures and descriptions should discuss this. Overall though it was 8 of 10.

River weekend

We enjoyed the home, there was plenty of space for our group and the kids loved the deck. The river felt fantastic, and it's a very short walk. There is only one shower which was not a problem for our group. There are two toilets which worked well for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cabin with lots of books and games. Good view of the river and a Large fenced lot. The property was clean except for the windows.

Great location

We had so much fun on our river trip with close friends. The location was great and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. I do wish there was another shower but we made due. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen so make sure you do a thorough job cleaning after cooking.

Last minute family gather

This place is overrated and bought the insurance just in case as we were only staying a short while. After the fact we are being charged for damage that is not specifics just general. The place is very old and needs an update for the price and seems anyone that books is being charged for any maintenance as they said a window was damaged which we did not also a door. Glad we got the insurance and will be sure to do video of the place when we get there and also a video when we leave moving forward. Sad to see how people do their business these days

Hi Jose, the damage insurance is included in the rent and covers up to $1500 worth of accidental damage. Before and after every guest, the property is walked by our inspectors, assessing any damage that may have occurred during your stay. Unfortunately there was damage that was found on your departure that was not there prior to your arrival. With the damage insurance, you do not need to pay out of pocket. We understand that accidents happen, we want to make sure our owners and our guests are covered, this is why we include it with each reservation. We would never claim damage that we did not document, that would be unethical, immoral and poor business practice.
