This home was perfect for our needs. 6 night family reunion. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers. (3 couples and my 92 yr old dad who can walk but has poor vision). The house was big enough we all had our own space and we did not feel crowded. We prepared and ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen and eating spaces are great. Stocked with everything we needed. We used the BBQ. The back patio and yard are great for watching toddlers play. We had 3 excursions for toddlers. The zoo, the hands on aquarium, and the North Pole. All a success. The house is old so don’t expect modern bathrooms. Towels and bedding are nice quality. The furnishings are not fancy but comfortable for our family gatherings. We put our 92 yr old dad in the downstairs queen bedroom with its own bathroom. That bathroom is a little funky because it’s small, has a step down. A big tall person would not be able to fit into the short small shower. Although we were nervous about the step, he managed just fine. The only other step on the main floor is one step into the family room so we all made sure he knew about that. The house is in a good location, old neighborhood with beautiful old houses. Safeway grocery store is about a 5 minute drive. It was hot the week we were there; 90 degrees. We had all the air conditioners running the whole week and everyone was comfortable. I messaged Pam a few times before and during our stay and she immediately responded so communication was a 10 out of 10.
