This was our second stay in this condo and our third time staying at this complex, and once again it did not disappoint! The condo is family-friendly, well maintained, and the furniture and appliances are all in great condition. It was well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, tissues, and hand soap, which made our stay even more convenient.The location is hard to beat, with direct beach access and beautiful views, plus shopping and restaurants just minutes away. The three pools are another great perk for families. The host, Larry, was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great property. The condo was spacious and clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and amenities. We loved the large pools and hot tubs. Host answered our questions and provided great recommendations for dining and attractions. The pool attendants were very friendly and helpful.

property was great. Did not realize you could not have a canopy tent on beach very disappointed and would not let you set up a umbrella close to your small children by the ocean, will not be returning to this beach but the condo was great!

HI Karen, We are glad that you enjoyed the condo and water features. Canopies are not allowed anywhere on the Grand Strand from Memorial day to Labor Day. You can have them in Litchfield but that is much further south. This is been in effect for years. Umbrellas have to be even with or behind lifeguard stands so they can see the waters edge. That keeps everyone safe. People have taken advantage of beaches by placing these extremely large canopies with flags, flooring, cots, etc... There was a article on the national news the other day about beach safety and the lifeguards biggest complaint was that the canopies block their views

Really nice place.

Place was really nice. I wish I would have known about the construction before the key was mailed a week before we went. The property was always being cleaned up, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo could probably use some new bed speads and the dinning room chairs need to be replaced. But other than that the veiws are amazing love the size and number of bathrooms the condo had. I would recommend renting here.

Hi Joe, We apologize about the pool construction running late. It was a major winter renovation that ran over because of parts caught up in tariffs but all construction is now finished and new pools are open. We have really renovated this condo recently and I will get those bedspreads replaced immediately.

Room for everyone

We loved the location of this place. It was right around everything that we usually do at the beach. The check in was fast and easy and the host was easy to get into contact with. We had an issue with our mail not arriving with the keys and the host met with us with no issue. I highly recommended staying here. The building as a whole is very clean and well kept. We also loved that there is a icecream/ food place in the building for those days we did not want to leave and just enjoy the beach. We will be staying here again.

Nice condo, issues with the complex

The condo was updated and just as described in the listing. The owner was responsive and did let us know that the balcony was being painted and would not be available for the first day or so. There was construction noise daily due to the pool refurbishment and no outdoor pool to use. Very disappointing. No fault of the owner but wish we were notfied sooner. The complex was loud at night. People yelling, loud music at all hours of the night. The condo itself is good but I would not stay at this complex again. loud muloud music, etc. at all hours. I wo

I apologize Suzanne. The balcony was closed 1 day for painting and the outdoor pool was closed because they were adding a brand new pool and brand new splash pad, all of the indoor pools were open. Bad weather during the winter caused the delays but the new outdoor pool is scheduled to open Memorial Day w/e. Normally the resort is very quiet because almost 100% is families but your stay was during Spring Break and a quick call to the office or me would have stopped any loud music

Was never told that the pools would be closed for construction. There was only lazy river and big pool no kiddie pool at all anymore. Then one day they closed the lazy river. One day the only pool was closed. This is like my 10th year staying at this resort first time with this owner. In the past when we had issues they made it right with us I asked him several times to make it right and he never did. Was told there would be toilet paper there. The only ones there were the partial rolls on the spindles it’s not that I minded buying it but was told different

We are very sorry the pools were closed for a short time twice during your 7 night stay. The lazy river closed for several hours on your first night but it was spring break with dozens of children and some of them were horsing around and pulled the ac vents off the wall into the lazy river . It was fixed the next morning. Then they had to close the big indoor pool to finish that repair but only for several hours but the lazy river and hot tubs were OPEN. The lazy river was closed from about 7-11 on your first day and the big indoor pool was closed for about 3 hours 1 night during the week from 8-11 pm. She also complained that she had to walk way down the street to get to the beach but in reality the side doors to the beach were closed for a few hours while a lift was pressure washing above and all that she had to do was walk out the front We provide laundry pods, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and oversized Costco linens for each bath. I asked my housekeeper about the toilet tissue and the full rolls were under the vanity cabinets. The Grand Atlantic has a covered Lazy River, large indoor pool, 2 large hot tubs, an outdoor pool and splash pad for children. They did close the indoor kiddie pool because it was not used and added a 2nd spa. We would definitely make it right if she had real problems but she wanted a huge discount for about 2 short pool closures in 7 nights and she posted the not so true review 2 hrs after checkout.

This condo was perfect for my needs and wants. The pictures and listing info are spot on. I have nothing negative to say about this condo or the owner at all. Its nice to have a parking garage right on the property. Its a bit tight but manageable.

Unbeatable locat

The property amazing and extremely clean, probably the cleanest resort in Myrtle Beach that we have stayed at! We loved the condo, it had more than enough space for our family of 5! Nice place

Everything was nice. Great view. My only complaints would be, the size of the crockpot. It was small, good for about 4 people. We made it work though. Also the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But overall a nice place.

Great Communication & No Surprises!

The property had everything we needed and more. Everything was in working order (appliances, tv’s, washer/dryer, etc). Larry, the owner, was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to any question I had. We are a family of 7 and we rented cars while there to get around town and experience all the things Myrtle Beach had to offer. The pools and beach were clean and well cared for. Elevators moved swiftly which is usually a challenge in large condo buildings, but we were there one week prior to the heavier occupancy levels in the area, so that might have helped! Scooby’s snack shop on the ground level was awesome! The people were so nice! We’ve decided we’ll vacation in this area again at the same time of year!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed staying in this unit. Since we went in September, the beach was never crowded (except for Labor Day weekend). The condo was comfortable and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely recommend it to others and would return next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

Ocean Waves Galore

Our vacation was great. The location of the condo was amazing - on the ocean and everything was easy to get to. The lazy river was fun, hot tub big and the pools, outside and inside, were warm and great. The owner was very responsive and everything was described as is. Would definitely book again.
