The pro’s: it’s conveniently located. The pool is nice and deep, best pool we’ve had at a rental. The host is communicative and will try and fix issues.It’s pet friendly. Great neighborhood, nice and quiet.The cons: No pantry, or space to put dry food items. No dressers or surfaces for clothing except in main master. There are closets and plenty of hangers. It was dirty upon arrival, it seemed half the house had been missed. Let the host know and they sent someone to make it right. When we arrived The bathrooms on the east side had urine all on the base and down the sides.The kitchen sink had food caked in the sink, cabinets had dried food splatter.Our shower had boogers and long hair on the walls and floor. The shower curtains had pink and black mold, host had someone come and replace them. The couch with the recliners is just a couch the electric recliners don’t work. The host did send someone to fix them but could not. I specifically booked this for the recliners due to surgery and this was a big disappointment. There was food on the recliners and in the cup holders. The biggest issue for us was the AC in the one side of the house at night it would get to 85 but during the day it would be totally fine, the host sent someone out twice to try and fix it but it never was fixed at night. The third night we had to leave it was just too hot. This place shouldn’t be booked during the summer if the AC can’t be maintained at a reasonable temperature at night.
