Jeremy, a golf trip with four guys needs a place that works for the group after the round, and it sounds like this one did the job. Hope the scores were as good as the stay. Come back when the next tee time calls.

Great location close to restaurants and necessities. We took an easy day trip to Sedona. Check-in & check out procedures were simple as well as communication with the host. The pool & spa were “icing on the cake”.

Joyce, the pool and spa sound like the perfect finish to a day of exploring, especially after a trip out to Sedona. Having restaurants close by and a smooth check-in only adds to the ease. The water will be warm whenever you want another visit.

We had a great stay. The 3 Master suites were perfect for our group since we were there for a work conference. Everyone had their own space and much more comfortable than a hotel room. We enjoyed evenings together and the area had every convenience you would need while being in a peaceful neighborhood.

William, three master suites suit a group on a work trip, since everyone gets real privacy and still comes together in the evenings. Good to hear the quiet neighbourhood and nearby conveniences made it feel easier than a hotel. Welcome back for the next conference.

Paul is quick to respond to questions. Does all he can to prove his availability, if there is a need (there wasn't). There were 8 of us and the house had more than enough room. Plenty of parking. The pool was the highlight. Plenty of outside furniture, tubes. Didn't use the hot tub, but it's there ready to go. Pool very clean; as were the facilities. Conveniently located to everything, and in a quiet, safe residential area. This was our second time there. We celebrate a family gathering each year and we usually move to different areas, but the consensus appears to be 3 years in a row at Paul's house. Thanks Paul. Definitely stay here if you want a nice place.

The pro’s: it’s conveniently located. The pool is nice and deep, best pool we’ve had at a rental. The host is communicative and will try and fix issues. It’s pet friendly. Great neighborhood, nice and quiet. The cons: No pantry, or space to put dry food items. No dressers or surfaces for clothing except in main master. There are closets and plenty of hangers. It was dirty upon arrival, it seemed half the house had been missed. Let the host know and they sent someone to make it right. When we arrived The bathrooms on the east side had urine all on the base and down the sides. The kitchen sink had food caked in the sink, cabinets had dried food splatter. Our shower had boogers and long hair on the walls and floor. The shower curtains had pink and black mold, host had someone come and replace them. The couch with the recliners is just a couch the electric recliners don’t work. The host did send someone to fix them but could not. I specifically booked this for the recliners due to surgery and this was a big disappointment. There was food on the recliners and in the cup holders. The biggest issue for us was the AC in the one side of the house at night it would get to 85 but during the day it would be totally fine, the host sent someone out twice to try and fix it but it never was fixed at night. The third night we had to leave it was just too hot. This place shouldn’t be booked during the summer if the AC can’t be maintained at a reasonable temperature at night.

We enjoyed our stay for NCAA Final Four. With 3 small children we had to be cautious about the pool but the sliding doors worked well. We had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would have is to supply frying pans. We cook breakfast before going out for the day so it would have helped. There was plenty of sauce and stock pots tho. Thanks we highly recommend!!

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback following your Final Four stay. We’re pleased that the home provided a comfortable and practical setting for your family, particularly with the young children, and that the sliding doors gave you added peace of mind around the pool area. It’s great to hear that the available kitchen equipment and overall amenities met most of your needs. We also appreciate your practical suggestion regarding frying pans and will take this into consideration as we continue improving the home for guests who enjoy preparing meals during their stay. Thank you for the strong recommendation. We’re delighted you enjoyed your visit and would be happy to welcome your family back for another trip.

The home was decent, beds were pretty comfortable but there were a few things that could have been improved.Hot tub was stinky, like it hadn't been cleaned, pool appeared dirty, both outdoor and indoor overall cleanliness of home was lacking.A few tips for the host, add dressers to bedrooms, add additional pillows, add additional outside rugs to the bedroom entries, more coffee, bowls, etc, Tupperware would have been a nice plus.

The host was available. They were easy to communicate with, and their response was quick. We really liked the 3 master suites, and the house is very spacious with a good location. We really liked being able to stay with our extended family comfortably.Having a private backyard with a hot tub and a pool is very nice. The hot tub model was older but functional. There was some wear and tear that obviously needed to be fixed, like a broken recliner, a broken console cabinet door, and the bad locking mechanism on the patio door. The owner responded and said they would be fixing these things. We would have given this a perfect review if it hadn't been for the lack of cleanliness of the home. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, so that was very disappointing. We had to clean up lots of hair and dirt on the floors. There was a pair of used ladies' underwear visible under the bed. The counters had to be wiped off. There was a load of laundry in the washer from the previous guests. The fronts of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were grimy. For the fee they charge for cleaning, it was not acceptable. We let the owners know, and they responded that they would clean, but that was after we had already left. We are sorry that we cannot give a perfect 5-star review, but we have to be honest about our experience.

Upon entry we knew that we made the right decision. The house was large, smelled clean and indeed was. There was 7 of us. The house was clean, neat, organized and well stocked. The kitchen had everything. Most rentals provide leftover utensils and worn out junk. This is not the case here. All modern, clean equipment. The pool was spotless and had ample towels. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was clean too. The yard was very spacious, clean and had plenty of chairs, tables and loungers with sun umbrellas. Outside was well manicured and maintained. The host assured us that he was reachable and though we didn't need anything he a phone call away. Response was very quick. I cannot say enough about our experience. It's close to everything. We try to reunite yearly and if we do next year, this would be our choice, if available. Thanks Paul

Overall the house was great. The lay out was fantastic the 3 master bedrooms made it very convenient for everybody to be comfortable. If there was any knock it would be the hot tub not working was a bummer. We would say put a pool table air hockey or something for entertainment. We would stay there again for sure. In the middle of the town beautiful neighborhood and 2 minutes from walmart. The host answered questions within 10 mins its a great house i recommend anyone stay there

Soaked up the Scottsdale Sun!

We had a great time! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and had some fun in the backyard space too! The house was plenty big and cozy enough for us all to be together and spend time apart. The location is awesome and close to shopping and restaurants. My best advice: check into the house before you go shopping. Some things are provided and some things you will need.
Beautiful poolside sunsets every evening!

As advertised!

This place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but centrally located. The kitchen is bigger than it looks; the peninsula must be 8ft long and plenty of space for a couple cooks in the kitchen area. I can’t say enough about how great the hosts are. Incredibly responsive and available. Overall, this was an awesome trip for my family and myself. We’re glad we found this place!
