The property was in a great location and short walk to the beach. The owner was easy to contact and provided a smooth check in and check out. The property was very clean and it had everything needed for it to be a comfortable stay.

Beautiful home, perfect for visiting with family. The hot tub was nice after a day out walking the town. Cooked meals comfortably in the kitchen. Overall a great experience.

This property was truly incredible and made for a great week stay as a family of 4. It was a super easy 3 minute walk to the beach through the campground near by and the hot tub was incredible to sink into after getting home from the beach. We were able to bring our dog and she was very happy with the dog bed at the house as well as lots of room to roam.

Nice location, our dogs enjoyed the backyard, easy walk to the beach and less than a mile from the leash free dog beach. Host/ owner open to suggestions regarding use of space in bedrooms. Well equipped especially if you like to cook.

For many of our guests, the beach is about a 3–5 minute walk (roughly 500 steps) through the Morro Strand Campground before your feet are in the sand. It's one of the things many visitors come to appreciate, as the peaceful walk through the campground is part of the experience.

Great home in a beautiful area!! Sending a special thanks to the owners for accommodating a late check out due to an unexpected medical emergency with my elderly aunt. Being able to rest before traveling home after being in the ER since the early hours made all the difference in the world for us. Would definitely stay again!

We so enjoyed our elder sibling visit this past weekend!! The house is clean and well managed, close to the beach, probably a 2 block walk. We tend to stay in and visit and play games and found the kitchen wonderfully equipped for all of our needs. The only con we found was that 2 of the bedrooms have really tall beds and it was hard for a few of us to manage them, especially in the middle of the night getting in and out to get to the restroom. Minor detail and we managed!! Thanks Lisa for your warm hospitality and great communication.

Wonderful location with easy walk to the beach. Pet friendly and comfortable for entire family (Mom, Dad, pre-teen, grandma, and dog). The house was as advertised and we enjoyed the hot tub in the cold rainy weather. The outdoor shower came in handy for our dog who enjoyed long walks overlooking the beach.

Plenty of space for the number of occupants, easy walk to the beach and lots of beach toys available, including wetsuits. Fun family ping pong tournament in the garage, puzzles and games. No shortage of activities for the whole family.

Annual family getaway

The house was just as shown on the site, tucked away on a cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Amazing House!

This property is perfect! Great location! Walked to the beach on a short walk every evening to see the sunset. We cooked breakfasts and some dinners, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the master shower was great! It was a short drive to town, or to Cayucos. Lisa's communication was wonderful, even when I messed up and thought we were not leaving until the next day, she was very kind! We wil be back someday, and hope it is available, as we would love to stay again! Thank you Lisa for everything!
