Excellent stay for my fiance and I in Waikiki! Super easy check in and out, very convenient walking location. Chris was also very communicative during the entire process, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time at this property. Beautiful views, great condo, washer and dryer in the condo was a great addition and great communication with the host. It was smooth and seamless, and we can’t wait to return.

The space was perfect. Clean, quaint, the parking space Is a priceless addition. All the amenities were very nice. Super walkable areas. Definitely would stay again…

We truly enjoyed this studio unit with its excellant location, cleanliness, view, and free parking. Up until the elevators had unannounced maintenance work and due to high winds, the elevator would stop and caused a great inconvenience. We had to walk down the 38 floors carrying our golf clubs on our 1st morning. We had to walk down the stairs another 2 times. We felt really sorry for some folks having to walk up and they were not in the greatest of conditions. Fortunately, we didn't have to walk up. We were praying every time we entered and took the elevator. Not complaining but be forewarned when staying at such a high level.

It was pretty good. Thankful for the parking. Did find 2 cockroaches and a bedbug. Was a little worried about that. But overall it was good.

Aloha, if you saw small cockroaches in my unit, they must be coming from outside the hallway after we had a big storm and heavy rain because we have an exterminator comes in to spray our unit every three months. Also, it is impossible if you found a bedbug because we wash the mattress pad every month and put on clean bed sheets for every guest. Please take a pic and prove it to us if you ever find any bugs in our unit on your next visit. We will appreciate that. Mahalo!

I always do my best to help guests and communicate clearly. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to compensate and satisfy all their unreasonable specific requests. I strive to accommodate guest requests whenever possible, but not all requests can reasonably be met. Despite prompt communication and efforts to assist, expectations were not aligned in this case. I remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained space and quality experience for all guests.

The condo was great, very clean and had all the amenities. The friday night fireworks were fantastic to view right from the suit window.Only complaint was the pool isnt heated so we didnt enjoy using it.

We felt right at home! The room had all the amenities you would need, and is so comfortable. The view of the fireworks display was incredible! It’s in a perfect spot downtown, as well. Communication was easy, and everything was as described. Having a parking space was a lifesaver. I would definitely come back and stay here!

What can I possibly say about this amazing studio that hasn’t already been said. Everything was perfect from the moment we parked our car in its designated spot. The studio was absolutely stunning with amazing views. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks from our window which were brilliant. Everything that we wanted to do was in walking distance. Chris even checked up to make sure we had arrived and we were ok. Just amazing !!!

Parking was convenient, although the turns in the garage were a little tight. Elevators were a little slow, but they got us where we needed - just know it will take a few extra minutes. Lovely views, and the room was nice and quiet. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This nice,clean condo is tucked in away from the road and being on the 38th floor, only heard an occasional siren. So quite and easy to sleep in the comfy memory foam high end mattress. Great price for the view!!! Walking distance to shopping and great restraunts.

This was a great place to stay. The view from the window was great. The condo was small but very clean and comfortable. There are many places to eat within walking distance. There is also an ABC store next to the building to pick up small things. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Helpful hint when driving the building is two entrances down from the ABC store. The sign is hidden by plants

The room was clean and everything was there that was needed. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the elevator. It seemed ancient and took forever to move up and down. One broke and caused twice the time to get up and down. There was no AC in the elevator. So you could get in dry and get out super sweaty because the elevator creeped up and down. Nothing against the condo owner. I didn’t like the building.

We just replaced both elevators and one of the elevators was waiting for the part to come in from the mainland. Both elevators have air conditioners inside, so they should be working but I will let the manager to know about the problem you had. Aloha for your stay and sorry for the inconvenience.

Clean and conveniently located studio. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this centrally located studio. Excellent view of the Friday night fireworks. Easy access for our rental car. The studio had everything we needed.

Great condo in a great location!

We enjoyed this condo very much! It is on the 38th floor of the Waikiki Marina tower, with a nice view on the ocean with a bit of Diamon Head on the East to the West side of the Island.The condo has everything you need for a nice stay, including enough kitchenware to have breakfast or a light lunch/dinner, with an ABC store at the corner of the street a 2mn walk away, and the marina a bit more than 5mn walking, and a front seat to the Friday evening Waikiki fireworks from above! A covered parking space and easy in/out access makes the place ideal for touring the island without wondering about where to park when back "home" while we were visiting family in Kailua and Kapolei.Highly recommended! Anniversary and vacation

The property was very clean and in a central location. It is near Ala Moana Park and Ala Moana Center (mall). There are a variety of eating options and an ABC store on the corner. The view is outstanding! Chris was wonderful and assisted us proptly. Check in and out process is seamless. Elevators are slow from time to time.

Solid location and great view

Check in and check out process was clear and easy. The building is older and both elevators did not always work. With 40 floors, the elevator wait could get long-ish. They did fix the broken elevator after a couple days and it really made a big difference. The room is small but has everything you need. The owner does a great job of putting enough soap, detergent, towels, napkins, toilet paper, etc. for a short stay. The view from the room was actually very nice. Lots of ocean and marina to look at. Bed was decent and there was ample closet space. AC was loud but worked to keep the room cool. I didn't need to contact the owner much at all and I think that's a good thing. It means there were no issues/complaints. Included parking was awesome. Good value for the price paid. I'd stay here again.
