Thank you for staying at Crystal Shores West 307. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the feedback — I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the mattress condition, the living room shade, the garbage disposal, and the issue with pool/beach access codes. Those are all things we should have resolved before your arrival. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Thank you for staying with Liquid Life at Crystal Shores West 307. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — the limited toilet paper, the noisy/wobbly bedroom fans, and the door code failing on check‑out day are unacceptable, especially after a mostly good stay. We’ll take the following actions immediately: - Review and update our starter‑supply checklist so units are stocked with enough toiletries (including toilet paper) for the number of guests and length of stay. - Dispatch maintenance to inspect, tighten/balance, or replace the bedroom ceiling fans and add a quality check to turnovers so they’re usable and quiet. - Investigate why the door code deactivated early, correct any scheduling or system errors, and reinforce staff response procedures so assistance is faster when access issues occur. Please message us through Vrbo so we can review your stay details and prioritize these fixes. Your feedback helps us improve.
