So many things to LOVE about this condo! Very clean and updated very beautifully! The balcony view is amazing! You could sit out there all day with that view! A secured parking garage and an elevator are very nice to have. The location is great with so much to do around you. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Point Dillon. However, the garage door broke the first day we were there and wasn't fixed until later the next day. Obviously, this impacted our vacation a bit. We were unable to get our cars out, so were restricted with things. Other than that, our vacation was fabulous. Overall, this is a great place to stay!!

The condo is great and spacious. Property management group is easy to communicate with and responsive. They could use a tea kettle and wish the bedrooms had better blackout curtains. There are also spider webs in the corners of the windows so cleaning crew could do a more thorough job as well.

Family mountain getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this place for two nights with a child, and grandparents. We chose this location because it was close from home but far enough to be away in nature. With elderly we wanted to be in the mountains but still have peace of mind knowing there will be hospitals nearby if needed.It was a breathtaking view from our balcony. The place was just as pictured. I was a little concerned about it being a condo. It’s not a condo, it’s really a contemporary penthouse! It’s very luxurious. It was very quiet and peaceful. The place was fully stocked with everything from kitchen to board games. It was thoughtfully setup.Everything was walking distance, from restaurants to the marina where we rented out our pontoon and enjoyed a drink at the mini bar. Fishing was great. The lake is basically backyard where the men enjoyed part of the days. There is a hot tub and small indoor pool where the ladies enjoyed spending time.Management was very helpful. They even gave a courtesy call before our check in. Very welcoming and professional.It was a perfect place to be! We will be back.

The property and view are beautiful. Location was central to many things in Summit County. We were on the fourth floor (quite a climb) but an elevator was available. The fourth floor view of the mountains was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Active Vacation

Wow! So beautiful. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the proximity to the bike path and the Tiki bar was a bonus. We golfed at the River course and rented e-bikes riding to Breck and then around Dillon lake. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was one of the nicest we have rented. I cooked thanksgiving dinner and had everything i needed except a pie plate! Very clean and the people at Summit were very easy to work with.

Amazing

This property is amazing. It is exactly as listed with the most beautiful views. We were able to walk to amphitheater for our concert. The property was super clean and stocked with lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows! We loved it and will be back.

Wonderful Lakeside Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful stay at Point Dillon 401! The property was well-stocked and very clean. The three bedrooms and three baths was fantastic for a group stay. We enjoyed the use the onsite hot tub and pool as well as playing board games by the fireplace in the evenings. The view of the lake from the property was incredible - on our last day we even saw a double rainbow over the lake during a passing rainstorm. The location of the property is fantastic as we did outings to nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco. There is a City Market and other shops right across the street from the property which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Point Dillon 401 and hope to return again soon!
