Når du går inn i vår vakkert dekorerte enhet, blir du rammet av den fantastiske utsikten over Mexicogulfen! Leilighetens åpne layout lar deg ha spektakulær havutsikt fra nesten hver boareal. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheter, sammen med vakre benkeplater i granitt, rustfritt stål og nye skap. Du har direkte tilgang til vår ekstra store 10 'x 28' balkong via stue og også soverommet. Balkongen vår er det perfekte stedet å nyte frokosten, tilbringe avslappende ettermiddager og se på fantastiske solnedganger mens du lytter til de fredelige lydene av havbølgene!

Enheten vår er røykfri. 2 soverom / 2 bad leilighet sover åtte personer komfortabelt med en king size-seng i hovedsoverommet, to senger i full størrelse på gjesterommet og en dronning sovende i stuen.

Was clean a little out dated needs a walk in shower because for older people climbing across a tub is a little hard, parking is a challenge garage is tight

Overall the condo was great. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels. The condo was very, very clean. The host was great. Responded to our call immediately. Loved being close to the elevator. The balcony was just perfect! Loved all the table and chairs. View can't be beat. Saw dolphins and even a manatee! The beach chairs are a plus for sure!The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture. The sofa is pretty saggy and could also use a new mattress in the primary bedroom.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Great spot, great location, the other people i met in the building were very nice. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna onsite. Decor and amenities in the unit were everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. I absolutely loved it. Parking deck is a bit tight but otherwise its perfect.

Everything was just as it appears in the photos. Fantastic views. Very clean and communication was clear and thorough. Check in and check out was simple. Some bonus wins: Excellent water pressure. Decent toilet paper! Large balcony with privacy from other units. Good soundproofing.Things to know for this property: Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit was stocked with a few travel toiletries, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and extra trash bags. Spacious layout for family of 3 or 4. Nice size tvs with good internet. We packed a bunch of things we didn't end up needing. Would plan to stay here again and know we could pack a little lighter.Other extras that were great: family games, beach toys, beach towels, chair service for the beach. Access to beach was super easy. Rinse stations were easy to use coming in. Pool was warm. Parking was very convenient - elevator goes straight up to the unit which made unloading very easy. Luggage racks were available for guest use. Things to know for this property: Parking garage turning radius and parking spaces are very tight.The owner of this property is great. He has made a clear effort to ensure a pleasant stay at this property. We reached out prior to booking with a question and got a quick reply. Had one issue arise during our stay (caused by other guests and completely out of his control) and he made every effort to resolve the problem and communicate with us throughout the process.

My wife and I and our 14 and 12 year old came to stay to enjoy the beach and soak up some sun and Florida weather for a week and we were not disappointed. The condo was the perfect size for us and we had a Birds Eye view of the beach and gulf from our 12th floor balcony, which was very large. Check in was super easy. We had our instructions emailed to us and we pulled in to the parking garage, loaded a cart with our luggage and went to our room. We put on our bracelets and got the parking tag and took it to our car and that was it. Super easy. Our host, Randy was super easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. He even reached out to us to let us know we could check in early if we were in town because the condo was ready. We were still on the road, but that was a major plus to know! Check out was easy too. Very simple and easy to follow instructions. We will definitely look for Randy's condo again when we head back to PCB.

Beach Fun

Everything was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and quiet, the beachfront view was beautiful, and there was a plethora of dining choices! Would definitely come back!

Excellent

My only complaint is the parking ramp. Super tight! Otherwise a perfect stay!

Thanks for the review and rating the overall stay as excellent! Even though parking ramp can take a little getting used to, most would agree the benefit of having reserved parking directly beneath the unit is a definite plus.

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
