Everything was wonderful! The home was clean, the kitchen was absolutely perfect. It had every dish, pan, and utensils we could wish for! The one thing we were disappointed in was the fact that one cushion on the couch was missing. It was impossible to sit 3 adults on it comfortably! Otherwise, I loved everything! The fact that there is a small convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant within walking distance was amazing! Highlight of our stay was definitely star gazing on the deck! incredible!

We loved this stay with our two kids. The home has everything needed to be comfortable and was an ideal base for day trips into the mountains in the summer.

This property is in a great location! We enjoyed being close to the slopes and having Mountain Views but without too much traffic or crowds. This is a gated complex with easy access to the hot tub and walkable to a small grocery mart and 2 restaurants and coffee shop. Short drive to drop or park at base or short walk to trolly stop. (We drove.) The condo was spacious and clean. The property managers responded promptly to an issue with the dryer and sent someone to check it quickly. The cold water was hit or miss a few times as it is a shared hot water heater it seems. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable, but we made it work and took turns sleeping on it. This condo had what we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If we return to keystone, we would stay here again.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the location, mountain views, and the convenience of being close to the slopes, dining, and shopping. It’s great to know the layout, cleanliness, and access to amenities helped make your stay comfortable. We appreciate your patience with the dryer issue and the shared hot water system, and we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly when needed. Thank you as well for your understanding regarding the pull-out sofa — we’ll be sharing that feedback with the owner for consideration. We’re especially happy to hear that you would choose to stay with us again if you return to Keystone. We’d love to welcome you back anytime and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

Christmas ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location great, place clean and had what we needed to cook. a few things that were not what we expected based on the pre-arrival information. there is NOT recycling available, there are NOT towels at the hot tub, and the dryer barely dried our clothes. besides those inconveniences, great place to stay and great location...could walk to most things we wanted to do. just need to update your check-in information

Thank you for your feedback! We will certainly have our teams review this info. All of the reported issues are items managed by the building HOA so it is possible that they changed their processes without letting us know.

It was a great stay! Location was perfect and the house was very cozy. The hot tub was my favorite amenity after a long day of snowboarding. We had issues with the main tv which was locked out with parental controls so that was unfortunate as we wanted to unwind in the evening. Besides that I had a great stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulties during your stay. Our records show that the call regarding these issues was received well after business hours, and since your stay was only for one night, our maintenance team was unable to visit before your departure. When the unit was inspected the following morning, all systems—including the heater, lights, fans, and electrical outlets—were found to be functioning properly. This indicates the issues were likely due to user error or switch settings rather than any equipment malfunction. We understand how inconvenient this must have been, especially while traveling with an infant, and wish we’d had the chance to assist you in person during your stay. Our team is always happy to help guests troubleshoot or send maintenance right away when notified during regular hours.

Great winter stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was close to shops, restaurants, and River run gondola. Had all the amenities needed. Beds were comfortable. Pull out couch was not comfortable for our teenager, but we made do. Trash was left in the garage from previous renters, cleaning crew never took it with them. They were still cleaning after the check in time so they may have rushed out with out the trash. Overall good accommodations, would recommend since it’s so close to River run village.

Nice two-bedroom condo near River Run village. Can take the bus but it was about a 10-minute walk for us to get to the gondola. Condo was nicely furnished and supplied. Would recommend!
