Vakker eiendom ligger på Bayshore Blvd i Safety Harbor med utsikt over bukten. Dette unike hjemmet har over 2400 kvadratmeter boareal, 3 store soverom med lukket Florida rom. Hjemmet har tregulv i hele, og tepper i soverommene. Eiendommen inkluderer et oppvarmet privat basseng, boblebad, 65 fot dekk og god plass til å slappe av, BBQ, underholde, eller kanskje bare gjøre litt fiske utenfor kaien. Overall our stay was great. The house was close to what was described-the home could use a lot of TLC and cosmetic updates/improvements to be truly worth the amount you pay-but over all good solid home. The dock area could be updated for more pleasant use. The pool was nice and clean.It takes a bit to figure out all the inside/outside switches (there are a lot of them) and mechanics of the home and pool/spa-labels or some written directions would be helpful.The home is in a good location-quiet back yard on lake with good views. Close enough to town to walk if you want. Safety Harbor was cute-lacked shopping options but plenty of food options and nice walking areas. We recommend Bar Fly and the small ice cream shop in town.Could use some travel beach chairs to take to beach with you since Clearwater Beach is so close-that would be handy and maybe a small travel cooler. There were a few beach towels in the home (guessing some that were left by others bc owner stated no beach towels only bath towels).Be warned the king bed/master is solid hard and not entirely comfortable to sleep in, all other beds were pretty comfy for options. Plenty of pillows, blankets, bath linens In the home for a family.Nice washer and dryerThere are at least 2 alligators that hang out by the dock a lot-I am guessing they have been fed by visitors quite a bit bc as soon as they see people on the dock they arrive Fishing gear minimal don’t expect to much there.

We truly appreciate your suggestions and will continue working on updates to the home and outdoor areas while keeping the pool clean and well-maintained. We appreciate your suggestion about pool instructions. We don't leave operating instructions for the pool and spa equipment to prevent children or other guests from accidentally changing settings or damaging the system. We're always happy to answer questions or help guests during their stay. We also appreciate your suggestion about beach chairs and a cooler. We actually provided beach equipment in the past, but unfortunately it was frequently not returned by previous guests. As a result, we no longer provide those items. Lastly, the lake is part of a protected alligator sanctuary, so seeing alligators is a natural part of the Florida experience. We always encourage guests to admire the wildlife from a safe distance and never feed them. Thank you again for your kind words and valuable feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back again!

Supplied everything we needed e.g. kitchen equipment, towels and cleaning supplies. Only problem was limited pantry space due to massive amount of plates, bowls, cooking equipment.Wi-Fi was a little flaky which affected streaming the World Cup, but not most movies or my working remotely.Loved the pool.Being able to use the garage to get car out of the Florida summer sun was a huge boon.

The layout and location of the house met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and watching many types of shore birds around the lake behind the house. Tina, our host, was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any requests we had. If we return to Safety Harbor, we would rent this house again.

When we needed to come back down to the area for family over my daughter's birthday she said we had to stay at the lake house with the pool and we all agreed. The house is comfortable for our family of four to be together and spacious enough to not be on top of one another. We were able to walk to downtown to get coffee and watch the holiday parade and again easy to just walk out the door and go for a run on the Greenway. We will likely be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here in Safety Harbor, beautiful location close to shops and bars with an easy walk along the road. Stunning wildlife can be seen daily, loved the alligator and turtles sightings plus fabulous bird life. The house had everything we needed, the table tennis table was a real hit. Tina was a brilliant and attentive host and responded quickly to all of our questions. Definitely recommend!

The pool and outdoor area were wonderful for our group of 4 adults. We were in town for our granddaughters first birthday, and our daughter, son in law, and baby spent time with us and we had plenty of space to eat and socialize. I downgraded by 1 star for some minor things that keepsnthe home from being 5 stars in my opinion. The bath towels were mix matched, old, and stained and the bed pillows were very old and flat/lumpy. There were a few areas that were not completely clean (for example crumbs on the floor). The bed in the primary bedroom is extremely firm. I thought it was fine but my husband found it uncomfortable and didnn't sleep well.We really enjoyed watching the birds and the alligators in the mornings! Sitting outside in the mornings and evenings was a highlight for us on this trip!

Beautiful lake great location

We had a wonderful time. This was one of those rare homes where the reality outpaced expectations. The home was clean, comfortable with a lovely pool and hot tub. We loved watching the wildlife from the deck. The host was responsive to the questions we had. My son and I were able to go for runs on the Greenway across the street and the whole family walked downtown for coffee and milkshakes. 100% would stay again.

Communication with Tina was great and checking in was smooth. You cant beat the location of safety Harbor. We were 15-20 minutes away from Tampa Bay Airport, 20 minutes away from clearwater beach. Downtown Safety Harbor has great restaurants/Bars for food and great cocktails. Crooked Finger Brewery is a must with great beer. Our two 13 year old boys loved the pool and hot tub. Every morning we had an alligator visit us right at the deck, which was very neat to see that close. Would definitely stay here again.

Another great trip to Safety Harbor

We have been guests here several times. Very happy to see that the house has been nicely repaired since last year's storms. We like everything about the house and the location. The owner, Tina, is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Hope to get back soon.

Not sure what you want

The house was very nice and much the way I thought it would be. Unfortunately, the weather was not good but that was no ones fault. I do believe there could have been some upgrades with the sheets and towels and washcloths. East to get good ones from Home goods . I would have liked it a little closer to downtown.
