Vår leilighet ligger perfekt i 2. etasje med utsikt over stranden, lat elv og vannsklie. Unngå heiser og parker direkte i denne etasjen. Vi har også en nøkkelfri inngangsdørlåse, slik at du ikke trenger å holde tritt med noen nøkler under oppholdet! Du kan nyte en spektakulær utsikt over golfen fra balkongen eller gjennom gulv til tak vinduer i hele enheten. Med over 2.600 kvadratmeter er ferieboligen veldig romslig og komfortabel. Ingen utgift ble spart for å gjøre denne leiligheten til et perfekt strandferieested med alle nye møbler fra flotte linjer som Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn og Restoration Hardware. Nye madrasser, TV, belysning, kjøkken inventar, maling og draperier også!



Fasiliteter er rikelig på denne Phoenix West leilighet: enheten er utnevnt med full størrelse apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "flatskjerm SMART TV i stue og en flatskjerm 55" SMART TV i master, HDTV 2, 3 og fjerde soverom, vaskerom med full størrelse vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Det er en king size-seng i Master, en full over full og twin over twin køye i andre soverommet, en king size-seng i tredje og fjerde soverom. Vi har også en sovesofa i stuen for å sove opp til 14. Det er også nye high end Polywood balkong møbler med en 6 seters bord / stoler, barn piknik benk, to kapteiner stoler med bord og to solsenger.



Det er en lat elv, vannsklie, utendørsbasseng med inngjerdet kiddy-basseng, oppvarmet basseng i døren, to boblebad, toppmoderne treningssenter, 4 badstuer og takterrasse.



Det er en 25 år gammel aldersgrense for å reservere enheten som vil bli håndhevet uten refusjon for brudd.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay this is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this condo. Love the location. Only issues were handle on microwave was not working properly and toilet is one of the bathrooms continued to run constantly so might want to get those 2 things fixed. Otherwise was a great family vacation.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and a convenient location within the condo building itself. We had a family of 11 ranging from 9 to 80, with 5 kids and 6 adults.Pros: The room is right off the second floor garage and very nice for parking, unloading, easy access in/out. Elevators tend to be busy during peak times and the unit is easy access off of the stairs and parking garage ramp. Corner unit was great to be able to watch the kids in the lazy river and slide, which are the big attractions for kids. The balcony is directly over this area. Having 3 rooms with king beds was great! The 4th room provided a great place for multiple kids! Ice maker was a nice perk. Beach access was easy! Ike’s beach service for chairs was easy to use. Beautiful views!!! Cons: The condo facility is not heavily monitored by security. People do smoke and vape around the premises. It’s not a lot, but it happens. All guests are asked to wear a wrist band, which is also not monitored, my kids met people in the lazy river that came over to play because it was nicer than theirs. I’m guessing this may happen a lot. Air conditioner in unit cooled the place very inconsistent. Back bedroom remained hot. Most of us visited the weight room and enjoyed the options. Although some equipment needs maintenance.Overall everything was beautiful and nice! The condo was well put together. All cons were minor. Worked really well for a family with a variety of ages, likes and abilities.

Nice condo- horrible building management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, big rooms and nicely furnished. The condo management company was horrible! We had an Amazon order of beach towels (FYI company does not supply them) and the front desk repeatedly said they couldn't find the box! After showing the delivery picture they "found it". They had local security people that simply walked around the property demanding guests show their wristband. Way over the top.

Easy to check in, unit was lovely. BUT, Parking is expensive since we're already paying for stay. The indoor pool was not heated, disappointing. The cutlery was dull, knives and scissors wouldn't cut. Can opener did not work and we borrowed one from neighbors.

I took my two daughters and their husbands and all 5 of my grandchildren here. We have age range 5 years to 3 months. This unit was perfect! The 0 entry pool, kid pool, lazy river and slide were all a hit. We had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was huge and overlooked the slide and lazy river. The manager of the property was very responsive when I had a question. The unit was clean and in great shape when we arrived. We are already planning to book again.

Wonderful property

We have stayed at Phoenix West multiple times and love it there. This particular condo is very convenient and the rooms were furnished in a way that worked great for us, especially the bunk room for all our kids. The furniture in the living room also was a drawing point but it is either broken (recliners) or worn out (sofas) so not really very comfortable. The closet door in one of the bedrooms needs to be repaired as well but overall we loved our time there and would definitely book it again.

Time at the Beach

Of course there have been a problem or two over this period of time but a phone call took care of it within a couple of hours. The location is so convenient and the condos have always been clean, inviting and have all the conveniences of home. View from the balcony is such that we always spend a great deal of time there. We just got home yesterday and have already made our reservation for next year!!

Good location; Updating may be needed.

The facility is in a beautiful location and well worth the effort to get there. Excellent views and gorgeous beach.--Checking in: This unit is managed by a company that is NOT onsite, so if there are issues (like the door combo not working), you'll have to call the office between 8 and 5. Luckily, we arrived within that timeframe, otherwise we were told Phoenix West cannot assist with getting into the unit . We also had to come back for the bracelets - remember to ask for those.--The unit itself has a good layout and the kitchen is well equipped. 2nd floor means very little elevator time. However, the unit is well-used and in need of someone to go through and just take a week to fix/replace/update (ripped/ill-fitting screens, furniture that is difficult to recline/fold back into place, sagging couches, etc). We avoided the leather recliners after the first try - make the young kids sit in them so they can get back out. The fire alarm also went off twice due to humidity so we had to keep doors and windows closed, and we kept it below 70 degrees per Security's request. --Pool is located 1st floor, but you have to walk across the parking garage (only a short distance) and through a gate to get to the pool and beach. Ok for all us adults, but might be an issue for those with impulsive little ones as we saw a few dart across when they got excited about going swimming. They have a security person at the gate to assist.--Check out was easy.

Family vacation

As always we love staying at the Phoenix West. As far as the unit goes there was some little issues that may need addressed. The stool in bedroom 2 needs a new seat before some really hurts themselves. The mattress on that bed does not match the boxsprings, its too small. Needs a stove light and a light above the stove. The kitchen was stocked great with dishes and pots and pans. Loved it!! dfit the

Wonderful Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful unit with all of the amenities any family would need. Highlights include a fully stocked kitchen (appliances & utensils), a walk in pantry, lots of seating, and the beds were SO comfortable! I slept like a baby the entire week! One of the recliners got stuck in the "legs up" position while we were there. I emailed Charlotte and she had a maintenance worker up there within an hour! The one and only thing I can think of that would have been better would be the floors. Maybe this is just a product of being a beachfront property, but the bottoms of our feet were black within an hour of walking around barefoot. Maybe the floors could have been more thoroughly steam mopped prior to our arrival? At any rate, that was not a deal breaker for us. The low floor was fun as you remained "in the action" but it stayed quiet inside if you needed some peace and quiet. If you are looking for a sweeping view of the ociean, this is not the floor for you. If you want a more 180 view, you would need to go up to at least the 4th floor. Overall, the unit was AMAZING, Charlotte was WONDERFUL and the building staff was so pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the additional ice maker was beyond Perfect!! The ONLY downfall was the water slide. It was only open 2 full days during our week stay. The slide was a big part of our booking due to having 5 grandkids with us. The lazy river did save the day! Staff was very pleasant! We can’t wait to return!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a week stay with our children and 4 grands. I think I’m spoiled now! The resort is amazing with the slide, indoor and outdoor pools and location. We never felt cramped with 11 people. The dining table sat everyone and there were a lot ifseats on the balcony. They even had a kids picnic table which was super cute! The dryer did go out but they came the same day we reported and had it fixed by the next day. The only complaint I have is you do need to sleep with the master bedroom open or it gets hot in there even with the fans going. It’s easy to do this because that bedroom is in the back of condo. Every bedroom has a small balcony where you can step out and see the ocean! Will definitely stay again!
