Fantastic condo for a getaway! The beach was SO close, beachside chair service was easy and convenient, and the condo was clean and comfortable. Very family friendly, and it felt private even with people around. I would absolutely book this unit again!

The place is very close to the shared pool and a short walk to the beach and the provided umbrella and chairs was a big plus so we didn't have to carry much with us to the beach also was clean and comfy beds would definitely choose to stay here again

Great condo in a very convenient location. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for a longer stay. It was perfect for a family of four, with a comfy sofa & chairs in a living room, very comfortable beds, a nice round table for a family dinner. We felt at home there. Beach service is excellent, it was nice to have an umbrella and chairs ready every day. Beach is just a short walk away and inviting, warm pool just a few steps from a condo. The whole resort is well kept and clean, with a beautiful landscaping and green lawns. Very relaxing vibe. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!Few issues:No sidewalks inside the resort. If you have small children be careful beacuse you are are going to walk through the car entrance/exit while going to and from the beach.There are no foldable racks or any hooks provided inside the condo to dry or hang beach towels etc. At the same time, it is forbidden to hang them on the patio or balcony. You need to have coins to do the laundry. I knew it is a public laundry but I assumed I can wash my things just using a code at the door to get to the laundry room. Bring your quaters!Also, read your welcome email very carefully, lots of info there!

The stay overall was amazing! Our only preference for future stays would be a washer/dryer in the condo and better cleaning of the floors. The floors were not very clean and there was prior pet hair balls under beds. Otherwise, the accommodation was perfect for our entire family including our golden, Hank! Thanks!

This rentalWas priced right and a great location. Cannot beat being right across he street from the beach and private access that incldes chairs and umbrella. Not having a washer in unit wasnt great but easily found on property.There was no blowdryer so that was a disappointment as it is just another item to pack and I was counting on one being there.The kitchen was ok it was def better than having to eat out but the coffee maker was a mess and brewed a funny taste. The toaster didn't work. Not near enough kitchen towels and only one dishwasher pod was given. The dishwasher itself needs replaced as it wasnt great at cleaning the dishes well.Overall the unit was great- if they ugrade a few things it would be excellent!We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Super easy from start to finish. Beds were so comfortable and the unit was beautiful. So insanely close to the beach and the two complimentary chairs every day were so clutch. Best bang for your buck. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great, the people all around were so friendly. Great community. The only problem we encountered was the coffee pot, it would work with the Keurig cup but not the pot. We had a great time.

The interaction was awesome, when I called to have the floor mopped, they responded right away. I would have liked to have had a Bath mat & a rug to wipe our feet inside the door. I would have never opened the sliding door in the bedroom( the tracks were so dirty) Other than that it was doable.

The place was clean surface level and decorated nicely. The floors have deep dirt in the grout and ripples of the tile that needs a power scrub. The tubs and tile were painted over and it’s peeling spots so it’s hard to trust what you’re looking at layers of paint or something else. There is an iron but no ironing board. No hair dryers anywhere. The listing says it includes laundry but what that actually means is access to an appt complex laundry machine room that charges 2.25 per load. Every other Vrbo that listed a laundry amenity we ever stayed in had in unit washer and dryer at no charge. I feel the listing should say more.

We always have a wonderful time staying with the company that oversees these condos in this community and plan to hopefully keep coming back for years to come with our little dogs in the future.

Check-in was super easy and everything was wonderful. Really was a two minute walk to the beach which we loved. Everything in the house was nice and clean. Definitely recommend staying there and if we come back to Destin I would love to book here again!

Absolutely wonderful! Beach service a huge plus! Clean and comfortable! So nice to be so close to the beach. Pool was super nice and outdoor showers great!
