Gerda, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for the disappointment this caused, especially for your grandchildren. We understand how important the pool was to your stay. The pool heater was activated 24 hours prior to check-in, which is the standard and required lead time. Pool heaters can then take an additional 24 hours to fully reach temperature. In this instance, the heater appeared to be operating when it was turned on, but there was an underlying mechanical issue that did not become evident until later, when the pool did not warm as expected. Once the issue was identified, a technician was scheduled and the heater was repaired as quickly as possible. We appreciate you choosing this home and sharing your thoughts.

Kathy, thank you so much for the nice review. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the home’s amazing location and easy beach access, as well as the convenience of being close to The Big Chill and Rosemary Beach. We’re also glad check-in and check-out went smoothly and that you found our team great to work with. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the strong cleaning scent and the downstairs shower. We’re sorry to hear that impacted your stay — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Our team has already addressed the shower issue to ensure it’s resolved for future stays, and we’ll review the cleaning products used to make sure the scent isn’t overpowering. We’re so glad you’d consider staying with us again and would love the opportunity to host you for an even better experience next time!

Rachel, thank you for your review of your recent stay at Caribbean Breeze. We are happy to hear the house was perfect for your five families. We do apologize about the wifi issues. Unfortunately, our maintenance team was unable to fix the wifi due to the line being cut and the wifi provider did have to be contacted. We hope you and your family enjoyed the gift basket and know that we truly apologize for the wifi issues. We will certainly update our app to ensure all information is pertinent and up to date. We apologize for the issues with the AC on the third floor. After our maintenance team came to address the issue, a vendor did have to be contacted to replace the HVAC defrost board. The HOA tends to change the beach code sporadically and we are not always made aware of when it changes. If you ever run into any of these issues, be sure to reach out to our reservations team as we are always here to help. Despite the issues that you encountered, we hope you were able to make the most of your stay.
