Thanks for the fair write-up Evan. We never had an incident in the 6 years we've rented but our cleaning crew getting in a major traffic accident on the way to clean definitely threw a wrench in the process. I found out and drove the hour there to turn the house as well as possible in the hour I had, and as you noted, I refunded the cleaning fee since it was not up to our standards. Thanks again for understanding. On a postive note the cleaning crew was able to recover at the hospital and return a week later to get the house in great shape.

Thanks for the feedback, Kendra. Glad you had a blast of a weekend. Our cleaning service is great and I've sent them a note to help resolve this issue in the future. Also, since most folks don't use the sleeper sofas we think they're in good shape till we hear otherwise, so we will resolve this issue ASAP. As noted, the WiFi was down all over Lake Anna after the storm and our tech got it back up quicker then we did at home. Again glad you had a fun trip and please come again soon.

Thanks Daniel. We take great care to make the house fun and inviting with space to enjoy family on all 3 floors. The water is deep enough to swim in and get boats in and out and shallow dives work great (I was a lifeguard for 30 years). Also great depth for kids to play in and safe for Mom and Dad to monitor. The bugs are a lake/summer thing but manageable and outside here or there is still outside and summer.

Great having you and your folks Priya. You left the place so clean when you left it was hard to tell you had been there at all so thank you for helping our cleaning service get ahead of their day. Please come back soon.

Since all TVs are tied to the internet streaming services the extra hardware actually mirrors the TV that you're playing a movie on (i.e. via laptop) but I'll make the directions clearer.
