Velkommen til SummerSnow - Splitter nye private fjellet unna på blindvei i White Mountain National Forest lar deg komme vekk fra alt og likevel være på 50-yard-linjen så nær alt. La elven hvile deg for å sove om natten eller ta et rør og hoppe rett inn fra bakgården før du nyter s'mores rundt brannen. Bygget i 2018, er SummerSnow nytt hjem som har 3BR, 2. 5 BA, et åpent og fullt utstyrt kjøkken for å samle, hems for film natt og stue med peis for å nyte med familie og venner, og Weber grill på den store elven Dekk.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this house! Here are the highlights!- Clean: everything was spotless. Bathrooms, floors, even the hard to reach things like light fixtures. - Well Stocked: the kitchen was well stocked with the things you need for a week. I rent vacation homes enough to know that most places will cut corners where they can, Andi did not do this. - Comfortable: the beds were firm with good quality sheets, couches and chairs (inside and out) were comfortable and in great condition. - Bathrooms: roomy bathrooms with nice showers and quality towels.- Outdoor space: the deck and fire pit area are perfect for meals and just hanging out and the river is fantastic! It is a fun place to cool down.- Communication: Andi was great, lots of clear communication and fast responses. Andi has clearly taken the time to set the house up as a place she wants to call home and allows the rest of us to share. Thank you Andi, we’ll be back!

Summersnow was an incredible property, exactly as advertised. The furniture was comfortable and well kept, the bathrooms modern and clean, the kitchen had everything you would need. The decor makes you feel like you are staying at a friends lovely home, not a sterile rental property. Having the river behind the house was a wonderful bonus and we spend a warm afternoon hanging out on the rocks and wading around in the water. Easy to find, simple to enter, great communication with the host. Beds were very comfortable, the heat, AC, & fireplace all worked very well. Yes, it was September, we literally used all three! The downstairs bonus room was great, we played foosball and connect 6, and LOVED the video games. There was a binder prepared for renters that had EVERYTHING you could possibly need in there, from property instructions to local tourist stops, where to shop for food, restaurants, etc. A 10 property, if you rent here you will not be disappointed!!

Summer snow was everything we dreamed of for our annual Saco River trip. The house was beautiful, clean, organized and had all the amenities needed for cooking at home and keeping the kids entertained. The location was perfect! Andi was an amazing host & we can’t wait to plan our next trip!

We had a great time at Summer Snow. The grandkids LOVED the river! There were a few glitches regarding smoke alarms the first day or two but Andi was very responsive and it was fixed quickly. The house was comfortable, well equipped and the perfect place to relax. It took a few days to get the train schedule figured out but then we all loved waving from the front porch.We will be back!!!

Our stay at SummerSnow was everything we had hoped for. The home was beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and very well appointed. It was perfect for our family of four. Our teens had plenty of private spaces to choose from, and there were also many comfortable options for family gathering space. We all agreed that we had to come back, and booked a return trip before our week was even over! Andi was a fabulous host, providing timely and clear communication prior to arrival. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had renting a vacation home.

I have been staying at VRBO properties for many years across the US. Andi’s property by far rates as the top for many reasons.As a Host, Andi is very responsive and provides several contact options. Everything you need to know in the Welcome package, including dining options, groceries, things to do and much more. The home is well taken care of, immaculate, with multiple extra touches, including a welcoming gift, fully stocked cleaning supplies, toiletries and the list goes on.All the rooms are comfortable and nicely. The game room has nicely separated areas for all ages, and includes board games, books, foosball and a table arcade machine. Thank you Andi. We will definitely stay again in the future when in the area.

We stayed in this lovely home for a few nights as a Christmas gift to our children. It was awesome!!! We can’t wait to go back. The host Andi was so welcoming and accommodating. She was able to accommodate our request for an early check in so we could enjoy the patriots game and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The house was extremely well appointed and the location right on the river was beautiful and so private and peaceful. Game room downstairs was a nice added feature and my kids enjoyed getting back to their childhoods with Wii and my son and I played Connect Four on the giant one they had. 5 star weekend all around. Thank you Andi for sharing your beautiful home with us.

House was exactly what we were looking for. Amenities were great. Stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. Local restaurants were tasty and close to the sites were wanted to see. Your property is stunning. Loved the view and ability to walk down to the river.

The property itself perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comfort.The sprawling deck offers peaceful river views. We spent our days watching the water drift by, feeling the stress of city life melt away. Evenings were magical, sitting at the firepit with the river providing a perfect, natural soundtrack.Every detail inside was curated for comfort—from the well-stocked kitchen to the lovely gameroom in the basement. If you crave glorious tranquility and deep, restorative peace, Summer Snow is the sanctuary for you.

Wow. Thank you for every word of your review! SummerSnow's setting is what we fell in love with first, with the sound of the river a close second. Depending on the time of year - the river flows fast and loud to slow and soft. It's always magical though. I am so glad the set up, amenities, and the extra touches throughout checked all the boxes for you but most of all, I'm elated that you found serenity from the city in so many ways. I hope you can find your way back again, the river will miss you!

Truly a beautiful home and even nicer in person. Kitchen was well stocked and planned with great thought and care. Loved the coffee station and then sitting by a cozy fireplace. Bedrooms and baths all extremely comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor lighting and chairs near the river. So many great amenities! Thank you for sharing your special home!

Even though it did rain we had a wonderful time the house immaculate property on perfect location on Saco inside kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed Loved indoor fireplace and kids enjoyed game room in basement it was perfect can’t wait to book again to be able to use firepit

HI! My name is Andi. My husband and I have been coming to the North Conway / Bartlett area for over 25 years, since we were dating and counted pennies. We camped for years at the now-closed Silver Spring Family Campground and then the Crawford Notch Family Campground where we raised our kids on camping every summer and spent hours in the Saco. We rented across the Valley every ski season for years with our family until we were lucky enough to find this small piece of heaven on the river and build SummerSnow. We have tried to decorate and outfit SummerSnow with every amenity - learning from years of renting ourselves that 2 bowls is never enough, a family of 6 actually needs more than just 10 forks, and sheets and towels should always be included because it's such a pain when they are not. We hope to retire at SummerSnow some day, but until then, we love hosting.

Our private drive is a dead end, it fronts the Saco and in the summer, the Conway Scenic Train passing is such a treat. Our kids still go crazy every time they see it. We fell in love with this area when we camped in the late 90's across the river - we always wondered how to get across the river and thought how lucky are the people that live there and can explore the river right out their backyards. We have tried to add personal touches to make this house a home and hope everyone feels it. We have direct access, off the back deck, to the Saco River as well as access to The Bear Notch Snowmobile trail network across the street.

We have stayed in what feels like hundreds of short term rentals and from that experience, have tried to equip SummerSnow with everything a guest would need or want., even the small things like chip clips or zip locks for packing a picnic. We hope that our hospitality and home allow us to welcome back guests again and again, and it's our goal to do what we can to earn that opportunity.
