It was a great place to stay would stay here again. Loved the access to the beach. I would most definitely recommend to stay here.

This unit was clean and had everything we needed. Drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning was very peaceful. (Bring your own coffee filters)We live in a nearby town and were coming to the Soundwave festival for the weekend. This unit was a 10 minute walk to the venue. Circle K convenient store right next door was great! We ate out so we did not use the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked though. We had a wonderful time and would book this unit again. The only cons that I would say about this unit are YouTube app needs to be added to the bedroom tv and the right side laundry door was broke.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

My husband and I recently stayed here for a family wedding at Henderson Beach State Park. We had an amazing time. The location of this property is so convenient. We were only steps away from the beautiful crystal clear waters of the emerald coast. Accessing the beach across the street was so easy, we even had our own little private gate complete with stepping stones and palm trees! We didn’t rent a car for our stay so we mostly walked everywhere. The circle K next door was perfect for grabbing water and essentials, there is a coffee shop, restaurants and a gift shop/beach shop only a 5 minute walk away. We actually had friends who stayed in the area but much further away who were SO JEALOUS because they had to uber everywhere and we were able to just take a quick walk to get where we needed to go, all for a comparable price too!! The room was spotlessly clean, well decorated and cozy and we had absolutely no issues. The best part of our stay was being able to wake up early and go straight over to the beach (which was virtually empty early in the morning) to take a nice morning stroll. We even saw some dolphins playing in the water! We would 100% return to this property again. Thank you so much to Real Joy Vacations for making our stay so fantastic!

Beach vacay

Overall, the location was nice. I would say a “peek-a-boo view” is a stretch. You cannot see the ocean from this property, but the access to the beach was easy. You do have a private parking spot. It’s nice having a washer and dryer, but you have to restart the dryer several times because it takes forever to dry. Our pull out couch was broken, but an air mattress was provided. However, it had to be moved every morning which was a pain. Check in time at 4pm and check out at 10am seems a little inconvenient as most places allow check in no later than 3 and check out no earlier than 11. The sliding glass door in the bedroom did not lock, so we had to use a shower rod to keep it safe. We did enjoy the area, and the bed in the main bedroom was comfortable.

Julie, we are happy to know that you thought the location of this property is nice overall and you enjoyed the easy beach access, private parking spot, having a washer & dryer, and the comfortable master bed. The pictures online for Emerald Searenity (Lakeview #6), a one-bed, one-bath condo that is situated right across the street from Miramar Beach; accurately show the view from the private balcony. The owner has recently purchased a new couch. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by having to use an air mattress in this smaller unit. The dryer vent lines are being cleaned so that the dryer works more efficiently. A new lock is being added to the master bedroom sliding glass door. A check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and a check-out time of 10:00 a.m. are the chosen set times to allow for properties to be cleaned and inspected for incoming guests. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Very dirty place

Everything is very dirty. Our sofa was broken and when we pool out sofa there is a so much garbage and dust looks like have-not been clean for months. Hair is everywhere around apartment. Our sheets and covers are duty. Floors are extremely dirty with so much send and hair. Tv in bedroom has no channels you can watch . Shower curtains are failing off constantly. The little room have so much garbage around mattress….. I wood not recommend this place.

Dragan, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your vacation rental experience while staying in Lakeview #6 - Emerald Searenity. Please accept our apology for the cleanliness of this unit. When we were made aware of some of these issues on the 4th, we offered to have the unit recleaned but our offer was declined. Maintenance was out the same day to fix the sleeper sofa, televisions, and the oven warming drawer. The televisions were working fine. Televisions are also checked during inspections. We would have been more than happy to bring new/clean covers and sheets had we been made aware during your stay. Yes, the sleeper sofa was broken unfortunately. The owner will be replacing the sofa all together in August. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Perfect Location

The property was in very good shape. It was spacious and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive and answered all my questions appropriately. The location was perfect with private beach access across the street. The neighborhood is nice.

#6 Lakeview

Had a great experience renting from RealJoy for a week. Great communications with property managers, easy access to condo and loved that beach access was across the street. The condo was great and clean for the most part. The only reason I didn’t rate outstanding cleanliness was because the floors were pretty dirty when we arrived. I would like to recommend some place to hose off sandy feet prior to condo entry. There was no place to do that and would keep the condo cleaner. Thanks RealJoy! Would rent again!

Lake view unit 6

Overall this property was very nice!! LOVED the location and private beach access. There was some sand on the floors already, when we got there, but that kind of comes with the territory of being at the beach I guess. They provided soap for the dishwasher, and bathrooms which was very nice! Wish there would have been the same for the washer. The decor was cute as could be, kitchen was great, and loved the sectioned bathroom since we had 5 people. The two sinks , then shower area being separate from the toilet area made getting ready much easier with more mirrors and space. Be aware that this unit is not handicapped accessible as there was a flight of stairs and no elevator. Several cute restaurants/ coffee shop within walking distance. Very easy check out process compared to other rentals I’ve stayed in. Will definitely consider staying here again!
