3 Belted Kingfisher er et fullstendig renovert Sea Pines hjem med privat basseng bare noen skritt fra stranden. Denne fantastiske fire soverom, fire bad hjemme kan sove opp til tretten gjester. Det ligger sjette rad havet og tar bare noen få minutter å gå til stranden. Stranden banen er beleilig plassert rett ved siden av hjemmet.

En annen fordel? Dette er en hundevennlig utleie! Det er en avgift knyttet til dette, så hvis du planlegger å bringe din lure venn, må du ringe på kontoret på forhånd for å betale tilleggsavgiften og bekrefte din firbenet BFF.

Trinn utenfor til din egen utendørs oase - det nybygde soldekk og L-formet basseng med en morsom solhylle er det perfekte stedet å slappe av. Med chaise solsenger sprinkled rundt bassenget, vil du finne deg selv i ditt eget stykke paradis som du suger opp strålene. Bassenget tilbyr også gratis bassengvarme sesongmessig. Så lenge temperaturen ikke faller under 55 grader, er du klar til å nyte gratis bassengvarme mars til mai og september til november (må ringe kontoret på forhånd for ditt opphold for å bekrefte og planlegge).

Mens du går i hjemmet, blir du forelsket. Åpent konsept kjøkkenet er oppdatert med en stor øy, granitt benkeplater, en drikkevare kjøler og rustfritt stål apparater. Det fullt utstyrte kjøkkenet vil ha alt du trenger for å underholde og spise hjemme. Dette hjemmet er også utstyrt med gassgrill, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, og trådløst internett.

Den første av to oppholdsrom er like utenfor kjøkkenet. Det er en 50 "flatskjerm-TV montert på veggen og god plass til mannskapet! Den andre stuen ligger bare noen skritt unna og har utsikt over bassenget. Det er en 60-tommers flatskjerm-TV i dette Carolina-rommet, samt direkte tilgang til solterrassen og en sovesofa for ekstra sovende arrangementer.

Hovedsoverommet har en king size-seng og 40 "flatskjerm-TV. Den private mesteren badet har en walk-in dusj, badekar og en dobbel forfengelighet.

Soverom to har en queen size-seng og en 32 "flatskjerm-TV. Det private badet har dusjkabinett.

Soverom tre har en dobbeltseng og en queen size-seng pluss en 32 "flatskjerm-TV. Det private badet har dusjkabinett.

Soverom fire er et perfekt sted for kiddos! Den har en pyramide køyeseng (dobbel på bunnen, tvilling på toppen) pluss tvilling nedtrekkbar murphy seng. Det er en 32 "flatskjerm og tilgang til en veranda fra dette soverommet. Privat bad har kombinert dusj / badekar.

Amazing property, great pool, close to beach. The house was unbelievably organized, had everything you could need, and even had labels on all the light switches which I greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend enough…we will be back!

The property was nice! Unfortunately for us the Beach was being worked on during our week. No communication that this is what we would encounter. So the idea of having 6th row beach was appealing. Easy access and being close to unwind for the week away from work. So walking to the beach and seeing large excavating equipment, fencing and listening to back up alarms while trying to relax defeated that purpose. Being in the construction business those are the sounds I am trying to get away from and here I am right in the middle, not very relaxing. The second issue was the pool! The pool temps were fantastic. The skimmer and circulation wasn’t working and the pool was so dirty from stuff falling from the trees. It was a rainy week so it made things worse. We asked about the waterfall and since it wasn’t working if it had anything to do with the skimmer. The Host came out and said that pump wasn’t working and would reach out to the pool company. He did skim the pool which was nice. On Wednesday the pool guy shows up and he is there just for cleaning. Asked him about the waterfall, pump and skimmer. He said he would put a ticket in with his company. The repair took place at 4:00 Friday. 12 hours before we left. Those were the low-lights. The place was nice. Suited our needs very well. One recommendation would to child proof outlets and outside doors with the swimming pool close by.

Unfortunately, that work is managed by the Town and was occurring in the area during your stay, though it is only performed every 8–10 years. We also appreciate your patience while we worked with the pool company to address the skimmer and waterfall concerns as quickly as possible. Thank you as well for the childproofing recommendation - we will certainly discuss that with the owner for consideration. Bedrooms all have a bathroom . Very handy . The pool area is laid out very well and is a couple of steps to the beach path . The pool was to in working order during our stay , bummer there . Close to South Beach always fun ! The only issue is the driveway . It’s configured in a pie shape . Made anything more than 2 cars a big problem . Also backing out was a struggle .

Beautiful property but many issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived for check-in at 4:00pm, and the cleaning crew was still finishing up and someone showed up to fix the front door keypad. We traveled a long distance with a baby, and we were sitting in our car for about 20 minutes waiting for everyone to finish up before being able to go inside. During our stay, we encountered a few things about the rental that were disappointing: one of the exterior doors to a bedroom would not lock, the front door keypad stopped working while we were at the beach, lights in certain rooms did not work, and the pool had several issues (leaking and not heated appropriately due to water getting added). There were contractors in and out during our stay attempting to rectify the issue with the pool. We located the leak for the pool and notified the property management company. The point of contact we spoke with was very responsive, professional, and apologetic. We spoke briefly about our disappointment with the issue, and he promised he would ask about partial compensation for our stay, but he never followed through. We certainly appreciated the responsiveness to our issues, but we were overall underwhelmed with the quality of the rental for the price, even in the off-season.

Annual Family Trip to Sea Pines

We had a great week at 3 Belted Kingfisher. Great location in Sea Pines, close to the beach, with a great heated private pool. Generally well stocked and furnished, with plenty of space for our family of 6 and our fur baby. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. We have been vacationing in Sea Pines since the mid-1970's so we know exactly what to do, where to go, and what to expect. Bike riding, beach play with the dogs, shopping and dining were all amazing. The one or two small issues we had were very quickly addressed by Coastal Home & Villa. We'll be back next year.

Easy to the beach, well furnished, very clean and modern and the pool is probably one of the best we have seen for a private home on the island. Well heated, and clean, others are drab and dreary this is a wonderful oasis in the back yard. BBQ is clean and works!!!, wonderful place and will be back again and again. Close to almost everything you will need, and still far away enough to enjoy some private time.

Family vacation

Loved 3 Belted Kingfisher! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor space was awesome. Love that it was only short walking distance to beach. We had a great time! Sadly the place is rented for next year during the same week. We will be back and highly recommend a visit to 3 Belted Kingfisher! Thx!

Another return to Sea Pines

Our parents lived in Sea Pines from 1975 go 1997 so we have returned to rentals many times. There were four families close together so we spent wonderful mornings on the beach and great cocktail hours and catered dinners at 7 Seaside Sparrow.

Close to the beach, nice heated pool, and mindfully appointed. 4 bedroom en-suites, 2 separate sitting areas for family and even an ice maker. It’s a happy place-enjoy

House Continues to be Ideal

The location is ideal for walking to the beach, bicycling on nearby trails or visiting local restaurants and attractions. It will continue to be our choice for future trip to the area.

Very Comfortable and Well Appointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been vacationing in Sea Pines for about 40 years. Used to be twice a year, but now that the kids are all grown and working we have been doing an end of year family vacation here for the past ten years. This year our two week year end trip took us to 3 Belted Kingfisher. It is a beautiful and very well appointed home. A wine refrigerator and a separate beverage fridge, as well as a large stand-alone ice maker were welcome surprises. The large family room and the bright and welcoming Carolina Room made the house very welcoming and much more of a home away from home. Although a bit further from the beach than we are used to, the 4-5 minute walk down the path wasn't bad. The six of us (and our son's Golden Retriever Daisy) love the beach and we made two or three trips there each day. The mattress in the Master could have been more comfortable but, all in all, we were highly satisfied with the accommodations and location. The pool was lovely but only Daisy enjoyed the cool water. Needless to say, we will be booking next year's stay shortly.

Great Sea Pines Home!

Beautifully decorated and designed, gorgeous outdoor area pool area with outdoor shower, right off the beach path! Highly recommend this home!!
