Hi Juliet Thanks for staying with us and the living room coffee table is a lift table so it also raises up to work on a lap top or have dinner . in addition we do have a work station available in the condo that also sits on the living room table and its adjustable in the height. great to hear you would stay with us again cheers Clint

Hi Catherine Thanks for choosing our property and giving us a star review , we really appreciate them and we hope to see you back again soon our office in the Lobby is open 7 days a week until 6 pm but since you arrived around 9 pm our office was closed and one of our security guards took you to your condo and my staff followed up the next day to make sure all was OK in the condo , you were also here at the peak of Spring break and those couple of weeks each year are always a bit lively in Cabo compared to the rest of the year , as we do have a peaceful quiet Resort the majority of the year Cheers Clint

Hi Tabitha thanks for that glowing review and glad to hear you had a nice stay with us , the condo only has one hot water tank that supplies the Kitchen and bathroom so if kitchen has hot water then the bathroom has to also have hot water so not sure why you had an issue , and also our office is open 7 days a week in the lobby where you checked in at and my maintenance man could have also come over and checked it . Hi Lesa your comments and review are a bit surprising and I will address them individually . My one bedroom is not smaller than all the other one bedrooms. All one bedroom condos at Marina Sol are the exact same size 700 square feet, Marina Sol has one bedrooms with dens that are larger and are 850 square feet , maybe you stayed in one of those before ? the kitchen is exactly like in the photos and there is certainly room to cook and prepare food and kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking , plus we have a BBQ on the terrace. There is a lift coffee table in front of the sofa that is a coffee table and also lifts up to a dinner table for people to eat on , plus 95% of my guests enjoy eating there meals on the outside terrace because of the great view and its outside open air and my terrace has a nice wooden table that seats 4 ( if guests want to eat inside they can easily just moved the terrace table inside the condo ) the bed is only close to the bedroom window because it was out of place , if you would have pushed it over a bit so it was up against the bedroom dresser then you would have had 2 feet of space between the bed and the window Anyone looking at the pictures will see if the bed is against the dresser then lots of room beside the window. As I mentioned to you in the condo all one bedroom condos at Marina Sol have electric 20 gallon hot water tanks and you can take 20 to 25 minute showers , sorry we do not have unlimited hot water at Marina Sol. King size Mattress was purchased one year ago at Costco and they only sell one option for mattresses and its a Sealy brand mattress , sorry to hear it was to hard for you and if you would have let me know that during your stay I would have had our maids put on a sponge topper so it would have been softer for you.
