We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Keystone. Everything in the condo was just as the pictures described. The Master is on the third level while all other rooms were on the second. The kitchen and baths had all we needed for our 5 day stay. Check in was a breeze and we rolled in to town much later than we expected. We did have a toilet that wanted to run all night but a text to the Managment and it was looked at quickly.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in Keystone and that the condo was just as described and pictured. It’s great to know the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed for your five-day stay and that check-in was easy, especially with your later-than-expected arrival. We’re also sorry about the running toilet and appreciate you letting us know. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and have it looked at during your stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you back to Keystone for another enjoyable mountain getaway!

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very clean and fit our family well enough. Its a little hard to find as the building numbers didnt really make sense to us, but convenient as the bus line is really close. We had some issues with the dish machine and the rental company was super responsive and attentive.

Decent. We weren't allowed to check in until 4:30 PM. The toilet water was running all night, and the apartment was noisy in general (lots of creaking). We also had to pick up the key elsewhere, and it was very difficult for us to find the place based on the instructions provided.

Thank you for your feedback. Our check in time is standard in the industry we operate in and is advertised prior to arrival in both your rental agreement and check in instructions. Picking up the key at an alternate location is also very common in this area due to many HOA's requiring the units to have keycard access. We do apologize that you had issues finding the unit, however our team is always available to assist via text or phone call.

Great home, management company was disappointing and not helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our little condo. It was super cute and more spacious that expected. Perfect for our needs. We booked this place for my wedding weekend. I understand the 2 parking permits, but when messaging the management company, they gave no helpful recommendations for parking/transpo options close by and were very short with me. Their directions weren’t clear on how to get to the condo and everyone got lost. No accommodation on early check-in or late check-out...they didn’t even acknowledge my request. Overall, quite a disappointing experience with the management company and will never book through them again. Apart from that, we enjoyed the actual condo. One last note- we made it work, but not the typical stocked kitchen so be prepared for that. For those who will book this for your wedding, I don’t recommend it only because of the management company. If that’s not a worry, I’d recommend the space.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 1. aug. 2025
Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo, and we’re sorry to hear that some parts of the experience didn’t meet your expectations. After reviewing our message history, it looks like we responded to each of your VRBO messages within an hour or less. Parking is managed by the HOA, so we’re required to follow their rules, but we do include additional parking info and detailed turn-by-turn directions in the mobile guidebook, which is texted to all guests multiple times before arrival. As for check-in and check-out, we didn’t see a request for early check-in in any of our communication logs, and your late check-out request was unfortunately denied due to another guest arriving the same day. We always try to accommodate these requests when we can and regret that it didn’t work out this time. We truly appreciate your comments and will use them to improve our service moving forward. We hope the rest of your wedding weekend was wonderful!

This property was a great fit for my family of 4 adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the long day. The location is perfect. The trails near the property were beautiful and we were able to explore neighboring communities such as Frisco, Breckenridge, and Vail without a long drive. We would recommend this property and plan to come back.

Was OK but not great

The condo is mostly clean but very dated. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. The unit is located on the second floor and at the far end from parking. There is no elevator so if you have luggage, you’ll be going up a tight stair case and walking to the other end of the unit. Not very convenient. We had an alarm going off in the unit across from us the entire second day/night. The building is getting older and not the most clean. It was fine for what we needed but we won’t be booking it again.
