Birthday celebration weekend with my granddaughter and daughter-in-law was complete with this beautiful apartment. Everything that we needed was there. Spacious, clean and all the amenities. River Street was a ten minute walk. Shopping and restaurants at your fingertips in any direction. Weather was hot outside but the apartment was cool. Check out Funky Brunch Cafe right around the corner. I will definitely be back.

It was a great location. The apartment was lovely. However, the bathroom lighting was not good at all. It was very dark. I ended up doing my makeup in the kitchen for better lighting. Also, there are no windows that look outside. The two windows in the living room face another building very close to it. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. My last complaint is that we had to take out our own garbage at the end of our stay. I don't know if that's common practice among places like this, but for the price we pay to stay there (cleaning fees included) I feel like I shouldn't have to lug our garbage to the alley. These are minor inconveniences, I understand. Like I said before, the place was very nice, and I'm glad we had the location we did to walk around the city.

There are some very special and unique features to this apartment. Pros and Cons that make it a place I might return to in the future.Pros:The location on Oglethorpe Square is perfect for walking everywhere in the Historic District of Savannah.The apartment has a French vibe from the mid 20th century. This is not apparent at first. It is very unique and idiosyncratic, just like the characters in the book, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Cons:The apartment is on the third floor and there are two sets of 18 steep steps to climb. Pack in small suitcases or bags to navigate these stairs with your luggage.The bathroom was very dark making it difficult to apply makeup and to shave.

This was the perfect place to stay for St Patrick’s day. Quiet location but close to the parade route. We really enjoyed your beautiful apartment.

The apartment was ok. Perfect location. My only issue is that it is located on the 3rd floor and the building in that area was not clean.

Spacious enough for relaxing after walking miles and miles each day but not so spacious that I'm paying for things I don't need. Check-in and check-out were easy, property owners were communicative, and amenities were well-stocked/supplied. We will be staying here again!

As described, nicely appointed, comfortable. Absolutely perfect location, especially for the film festival. Had everything we needed, though would recommend at least one more roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Be prepared for two big flights of stairs (we were, so not an issue).

Cute apartment in excellent location

My husband and I stayed for a week while my daughter and her friend attended a summer program at SCAD. The apartment was absolutely perfect and everything we needed. There is a park right in front where we could walk our dog. We were close and in walking distance to everything. The property management takes good care of the apartment and we were supplied with clean sheets, towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.

Wonderful 3 day trip

The building sat on the corner of a beautiful square, was a block away from hundreds of restaurants, and three blocks from the gorgeous river front. Parked our car the minute we arrived and did not move it again. The apartment building was quiet, our apartment very clean and well supplied, and any neighbor we happened to pass on the stairs was very friendly. The area was very safe (I know because of multiple 3am doggie bathroom breaks). *hint for future renters: park 2 blocks away from the building (north/east) and you can park on the street for half price. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience. We will return!

Reviewer Comments: It was a very nicely decorated, well appointed rental right in the midst of the historic district. The location gave us every advantage to our sightseeing desires. There were a couple of things that we noticed that would have made parking easier. The visitors center no longer sells 1-2 day parking passes and hasn’t since Covid. Our information said there were 2 free spaces but there were none. Our stay was very nice and comfortable and we would happily stay at this property again!

Perfect Location in the heart of SAV

Perfectly centrally located in the heart of happening Savannah ! Very quick and easy walk to Broughton, SCAD, River street and all our favorite spots. Street parking was full when we arrived but there is a parking garage right down the street which was super convenient. The interior of the building could use a little TLC but the unit itself was great! The only thing we would change is the bed was not very comfortable for my husband and I, we ended up sleeping on the pullout couch after our first nights stay. But overall would highly recommend , we were very happy with this booking otherwise ! :)
