Cons: the condo we were placed in was dated. It had a musty smell. You had to open the oven door to open drawers. You have to pay for parking we were unable to locate this requirement . Pros: was on the beach and close to Pinapple Willie'sMaintenance arrived with in minutes of being called

Overall the place was clean and security was very good. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It was nice having pineapple Willy next door and a few others in walking distance. There was though a couple small issues with the blinds in the main room and the sink stopper was broken. But everything else was great.

We’ve stayed at this complex a few times before. We love the Sunbird property. It’s right on the beach and not too big so the beach area is not near as crowded as some of the others. My fiancé loved the fitness center! This particular condo was nice. It’s on the second floor, which allowed us to use the stairs and not have to wait on an elevator. There were some things that could stand to be repaired, but that was mainly aesthetic. There was nothing broken that affected us. The shower head has some SERIOUS pressure, almost too much. I hate to complain about that though, since it’s usually the complete opposite. Over all, we were satisfied with the condo and would stay here again.

Room smelt like sewer as soon as you walked in, and the host failed to mention that the air conditioning was non functional so it stayed a constant 84 degrees in the room. But the property and views was great other than that

The shower wasn’t great, kind of dirty could use a good clean.The AC didn’t work great either which was a serious downer in afternoons it would stop working even though we were crazy about keep doors shut and most of the blinds. I also wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with littles as my toddler wanted to get into all the decorative items but for adults for older children it would be great!

The complex is older but very well maintained. The unit was clean and functional. The balcony was perfect for afternoons and evenings as it was in the shade at that time of day.

The view from the balcony was best part. Absolutely beautiful!! The condo is very dated. Needs updating. The carpet was dirty and window coverings very old. Saw an updated condo on the first floor that was gorgeous so I know what this one could look like.

The condo was exactly as in the photos! Clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful beach views no matter where we were in the condo! Nice being in a gated resort...ocean front & quite yet close to everything! We never touched the AC setting....always comfortable.

This is my second time enjoying your condo; the only thing that was upsetting this trip was 1. long hair was in the bath sink, the tub and the bath door2. our showers were cold, there was not a good supply of hot water to batheOtherwise it was a great trip! I needed the break!

Room was extremely clean and had awesome views! It the air conditioner worked wonderful! The only thing we had a problem with was we got in late on Friday night and did not get a parking pass copy and wrist bands that were purchased online before going. So we could not even get to the beach because security stated it would be Monday before the front office opened. We did find a very nice security guy the next morning (I did not get his name--he is Bulldog fan!) But he did get us bands so we could go to the beach on our last day. We were only there for a short time leaving and left out Sunday. Next time I'll also check for curfews before booking. Overall a good trip!

The vertical curtain blinds had 2 slates missing and one slat fell off the first day we were there.This was at the door to the deck in the living room. The hot water last long enough for one person to shower. A lot of police presence in the area. Lots of young people starting Thursday night to Sunday. Beach is wonderful. Security of the facility is very good. View was great. We liked the layout of the condo. Big comfortable bed. We will stay at that condo again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Very pretty. The view of the ocean & sunset was perfection!! Loved all the windows.

Everything was above my expectations. Absolutely beautiful condo. Check in was awesome, so easy. I was by myself, easy access to the stairs, elevator and beach. I felt perfectly safe. Everything was clean, just perfect. I hope to visit again.
