I travel full time for work. In a different state or county every month. This is hands down the best Vrbo we have had to date. It felt like staying at friend’s house while they were away. Quality furnishings. Thoughtful touches to make it more comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with literally everything. Immediately clean. Host was great and accommodated our crazy schedule changes.

We absolutely loved the home, especially the thoughtful layout and comfortable feel. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very nice had everything we needed, including some snacks, coffee, and water. The basement was extremely nice and provided an extra area to hangout. The fireplace gave the home a warm cozy feeling. The bedrooms were well layed out, the beds were comfy and we even had chocolates on the pillows! The bathrooms were modern and clean and there was shampoo and conditioner. We didn't use the laundry machine but it looked very nice. There were some board games and books. The whole aesthetic was nice. Both my husband and I did morning runs and the neighborhood was nice and safe. Plenty of other people out for a run and walking their dogs. There is a small park nearby with walking paths. The location was fantastic, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ann Arbor, and I would happily stay here again!

Property was immaculate, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, attention to detail on the decorating, 2 gas fireplaces, two living areas with smart TVs, up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms, quality amenities. Use of garage was a plus in the winter. Nice laundry facilities. Location is perfect for exploring Ann Arbor or going to sporting events. Host has really thought every detail out.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, especially for getting to the football stadium. The host was wonderful—the house was superbly stocked, and we truly appreciated the welcome basket of goodies they provided. The only small piece of feedback is that the mattresses were very firm, which made sleeping very challenging. Addressing the mattress comfort would make this property truly five-star!

Great Home Away from Home

This was an exceptional stay. The house is well cared for, super clean and easy to find. Staying here felt more like a home than a rental: waters in the fridge, chocolates on the counter. We forgot plastic wrap and found it in the pantry. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. A really good experience all the way around.

Relaxing Stay

The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfy. The owners make sure the house has all the little things that you would need: shampoo, laundry detergent, K- pods for coffee and my favorite snacks to eat. We will definitely reserve again for an Ann Arbor trip with the family.

Go Blue!

We loved staying at this house!!! My husband and 3 daughters were in Ann Arbor because my husband was receiving an award from the University on Friday night. A bonus treat was having tickets to Saturday’s game against USC. The house was within easy walking distance of the stadium and it was wonderful not to have to deal with driving and trying to find parking! The house is adorable and was very comfortable for the five of us. It is the most well appointed VRBO home that we have ever stayed in, by far. It is also a very quiet, solidly built home. Even sitting on the corner of a busy road, the house was very quiet. There is plenty of room to spread out, has a really neat “sun room” that is connected to the garage. We didn’t use it but I imagine it is a fun place to sit and visit during the colder months. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely seek out this home for future visits!
