This villa is exactly as pictured in the photos. It has a great view of the ocean from the front door area and a great view of the tropical plants and mountains from the back patio. Lots of kitchen and beach amenities. It was very clean and well organized and decorated. A short drive to the Foodland shopping court area.

Great experience with this condo. Everything was spotless, well organized, and the host provided everything you could need for a weeks vacation! Would highly recommend to others! We’ll check out this unit the next time we want to visit Kauai.

The location, although far from several must sees on the island, is phenomenal and I don't know how we'd stay anywhere else if we visited Kauai again. We loved everything about it.

Beautiful villa in a scenic location with breathtaking views of the mountains from the main floor balcony and an ocean view from the front porch. The house is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure the house is well stocked to meet every need. We appreciated the beach equipment and the fully stocked kitchen. Probably the nicest accommodations we’ve ever had through vrbo. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Kauai.

This was an awesome spot for our time in the North! We were directly across from the cliff where you could see whales and a sunset. It was easily walkable to Hideaway Beach and walkable into Princeville for meals and shopping. I loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffees while listening to the birdsong. The unit was very well equipped with beach supplies and kitchenware. It wasn’t missing anything.

Nice comfortable villa. Right off of a moderately used road it’s not horrible, but also not peaceful and quite not an issue for sleeping because bedrooms are on the lower/ below ground level. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Mgt company provides a very limited amount of shampoo, coffee, and laundry detergent. We stayed for 9 nights. They give us a two day supply of coffee, a similar amount of shampoo/conditioner, three packs of laundry detergent. The keyless front door lock stopped working while we were there. We couldn’t leave because we had no way of locking the door. There is a lockbox on site, but they do not give you the code to unlock and use it. After a bit of back and forth with the management company they finally gave us the code for the lockbox. They were not able to fix the keyless entry during our stay. They should provide guests with the code for the lockbox automatically, because has it been 9-10pm at night we would have been locked out for who knows how long.

As a general rule of thumb we try to avoid using the physical keys in the lockbox, as they aren't always returned at the conclusion of our guests' stays, and replacing the physical key is a $50 fee. Our provided toiletries and coffee/detergent are also intended to be a starter supply to see you through the first few days of your stay, which we make sure to mention in our check-in instructions. We hope you still enjoyed your time on the beautiful island, and we would be happy to welcome you back again for your next getaway :-) Aloha!

Great location and amazing views! Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. Walked to the beach to snorkel each day. The grocery store is really close. The kitchen was stocked. We had a great stay! Highly recommend this property!

Everything Was Perfect at this Villa; Truly Magical location. This owner/host pays, extraordinary attention to, “Detail”, very clean!! Fully equipped kitchen, every gadget and spice that you need to cook. Linen’s fresh, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I’m disappointed about is we didn’t book our stay for a longer period of time.

Stunning views all around! This was hands down the nicest and most well appointed rental that we have ever stayed in. It had everything from spices in the kitchen to beach chairs/umbrellas, binoculars, a telescope and even medical and emergency supplies. The villa was extremely well maintained, the host was excellent about communicating, and we can't wait to return.

Best views ever!

This location couldn’t have been better. It got our family of 4 ok. We have 2 teen girls but they sacrificed space for the location. Proximity to beaches and town were great. Will def be back!

The house was beautiful! So comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well appointed...we needed nothing! The views and location were beautiful, we watched the sunset every evening. We enjoyed the outdoor eating area as well. Would stay here again.

Fantastic house

This is a gorgeous house with a gorgeous view. The house has a great soul and just feels good all around. You feel like you’re in a home while you stay there. Well stocked and cared for. I would be happy to stay here again if I ever return to the north shore of Kauai.

Incredible Property

Excellent property and location. View’s marvelous. The house was well appointed, clean and had everything you could need. Ice maker and filtered water was awesome. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay at this property. Wish we stayed here longer.

Ocean view with beauty all around…close to everything we love to do

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. We love the privacy of being in a small, standalone home yet being so close to everything (ocean is across the street, public walking path is a favorite, great restaurants in Princeville and Hanalei, world class hiking, snorkeling at Anini Beach). Home is lovingly maintained with many nice touches. The kitchen is fully stocked. Having a washer and dryer on site is great. King bed is very comfortable.
