We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful, comfortable and clean Shorebirds third floor condo! The ocean views were incredible! We could see dolphins and sea lions looking out our window. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and truly relaxing. We really appreciated the umbrella and chairs for the beach. Such a lovely unit that makes a wonderful beach get away. Thank you!

Our family has enjoyed this beautiful ocean front house for many years and loved every minute. Its has everything you could think of and more! The new remodel is stunning...almost as good as the view. We love spending time here together as a family. Thank you, Sandi! Already looking forward to next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the view of the ocean out the window was fantastic, and access to the beach was a 2 minute walk from our doorstep. The hosts also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards for us to use. Sandi replied quickly and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was great and as we expected! However the bbq grill was not functioning so we had to use alternate cooking methods. Went to buy the propane at store but couldn’t get it to light properly. The shower step down was a little tricky. 2 of us almost fell out. Thank you for the boogie board, sand chairs and kite. Oh yeah one of the chairs was broken. We took it to the beach and noticed it then!

This condo is a delight! Not only a is it clean and updated but the view it’s spectacular! The master bedroom is spacious and the additional bedroom comfortably slept three people. These condos are a special place in Pajaro Dunes, and this one is the nicest I’ve seen. Highly recommend, and Sandi was very easy and friendly to work with. Enjoy your stay, we will definitely be coming back here.

What a gem! Sandy's place at Pajaro Dunes was wonderful. This well equipped, updated home, was just lovely! We only wish we could have stayed longer. The place was a little hard to find late at night with our young kids but the location was well worth it. Very quiet at night accept for the sound of the ocean. We loved playing beachside and being so close to the ocean. Great family getaway. All the necessary indoor towels and kitchenware. Beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. So beautiful and Sandy was a very responsive and kind host. Can't wait to visit again and explore more of the area! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay here in Pajaro Dunes. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully appointed. My kids loved the bunk beds. Everything was immaculate. The view of the beach from the third floor is unbeatable. Although we brought our own beach supplies there is an outdoor closet with chairs and such. The bathrooms were equipped with shampoo and body wash (bring your own conditioner) hair dryer, towels and bath mats as you would expect. The kitchen had a variety of tools, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, and flatware and even some simple spices which made cooking easy. There was a little dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher pods provided as well. One thing I wish we had was some cleaning/disinfectant spray other than windex to wipe down counters and clean up other messes left by my children. Another great thing was the little grill outside. It’s a BYO Propane situation but we were able to get some at the local hardware store. It appears there is an upstairs loft that is inaccessible but we were sure curious about it! Of course, we respected the owners privacy and we had plenty of space with all of us. We truly has the best time and hope to be back again soon.

This is a beautiful condo - recently remodeled with such lovely high end finishes - and the beds are SO comfy! Sandi is an amazing host, and I always love the incredible ocean views (sea lions, dolphins, and whales on the horizon this trip!), the incredible proximity to the beach - not to mention the property at Pajaro is great. I can't wait to stay again - and the induction stovetop in the remodeled kitchen is also amazing!

There is a clear view of the beach and crashing waves which can be enjoyed from the couch. The kitchen has everything required to cook instead of dining out. The rooms were very clean. This room is within steps of the beach access. The beach had an occasional person walk by which made it feel more like a private beach. Plenty of board games to keep kids entertained.
This was taken while standing next to the kitchen island. Amazing view.

Beautiful view! We love staying here and now try to go yearly with our good friends, who are like family. We even saw a pod of dolphins each morning! The sunsets and stargazing were so beautiful! Cozying up to the fireplace at night while listening to the waves was the perfect end to a great day. It is always such a magical experience staying here. Very comfortable and has everything you need.
